The apartment was beautiful and conveniently located close to restaurants, metro, and the Eiffel Tower, It had ample space to accommodate our family of 5 comfortably, The place provided all the necessary amenities, The small elevator was sufficient to carry our light luggage up 6 floors, and we managed to climb the stairs ourselves, We did notice some sewer odors, similar to other reviews, but they were not intense and quickly vanished when we ran the water, so it was not a major inconvenience, We would certainly choose to stay here again due to the location and stunning space!

The flat's location is excellent, roughly a 7-minute walk from Champs Elysees and the Eiffel Tower, It's situated on either the 5th or 6th floor with a 2-person elevator available, Ideal for a small family, the space, albeit small (with a queen bed, shower, separate toilet, loft twin bed accessible via stairs, and a pull-out sofa bed), is adequate and well-kept, The host was notably responsive,

The location was fantastic and it covered all our needs, It was convenient to have an elevator for groceries and heavy luggage, We felt incredibly safe, and it was near to all amenities, The Metro was within a short walking distance, and the Eiffel Tower was just around the corner, The location and flat were both superb!

Incredibly charming apartment, The loft was a hit amongst the teenagers, Exceptionally clean, It was convenient to have the bathroom separate from the shower area, The apartment was nestled in a community, hidden behind a building front with a locked entrance, it almost had a magical feel to it, Highly recommended!

Had an amazing time at Joffrey's place, The apartment was cozy, warm, and peaceful at night, It's conveniently located near multiple metro lines, very close to the Arc De Triomphe and Eiffel Tower, as well as the Champs Elysees, We loved admiring the views every time we stepped out! Will definitely choose to stay here again!! There's a wonderful bakery just across the street and plenty of restaurants in the vicinity!

Highly suggest, Flat as shown in the pictures, Very clean, Towels and beddings spotless, An excellent location, Eiffel Tower at one end of the street and the Arc de Triomphe at the other, Kleiber Pub across the street is a must-visit for food, And Frog XVI pub 200 meters away = amazing beer and amazing staff!

We stayed for three nights and found the space to be very nice and hassle free. The beds were comfortable, space was clean and quiet. My daughter loved sleeping in her own space in the loft. Some suggestions for improvement- there is only a small bedside lamp in the bedroom for lighting and no other functioning lights, kitchen could be better equipped (only one fork, no dish towels) , and the kitchen sink piping leaks and a bucket was placed under the leak. I avoided using the sink as much as possible. None of these things were a big enough problem to interfere much with our enjoyment of the space. The area was nice, space was good, we had a great trip!
