The hostess is incredibly friendly and kind! The place is completely refurbished and everything seems brand new, I have a heightened sensitivity to bugs and bedbugs, but there were absolutely no problems in that regard, Check in and check out were smooth, and the location is perfect for everything! We didn't realize there were so many stairs to reach the floor, which was initially frustrating,, But it turned into a fun memory from our Paris trip :)

The apartment was in a perfect location for touring Paris! We walked almost everywhere, The place was fantastic! It was near the metro line, stores, and dining establishments, The flat was extremely clean and cozy for my group of 3 adults, There are two flights of stairs to get to the unit which was not an issue for us, but it might be if you have children or strollers etc, I would certainly return and stay here yet again! Absolutely adored this apartment!

Ideal for a weekend journey to Paris for a trio! The interior of the apartment mirrored the photos presented, Its location is near public transit and the area is easily accessible to big attractions (like the opera, the louvre, the seine, and more)!

The location was absolutely perfect and the place was exceptionally clean! We were thrilled at the sight of the decor and cleanliness as soon as we stepped in, It was modern, pristine, and comfy, situated in the most ideal location, The street adjacent to ours was a pedestrian paradise filled with cafes, restaurants, and bakeries, We had dinner at different places three nights, and enjoyed each one, Le Compas, suggested by the host, was perfect for our first dinner in Paris, There's a tip for the upstairs room with the large bed and the single bed, it has a 5ft ceiling, so for someone 6ft tall, changing clothes can be a bit challenging, I ended up changing while seated on the bed, and my wife moved her suitcase downstairs for changing - I should have done the same, In summary, this place is fantastic, We absolutely loved it, The sofa bed is new and my daughters slept comfortably on it, Everything is in great condition and functions perfectly, Everything was clean, The location is just a stone's throw from Sentier metro stop, A tip for Paris - metro visitor tickets/day are by calendar day, not 24hr,

The loft located in the core of Paris offered a fantastic stay! It's even more stunning than in the images, Although the ceiling in the loft/bedroom area is low, the rest of the space is quite ample, The fold-out sofa bed is also cozy, making it an ideal apartment for a group of 3-4 individuals,
