PROSbr/The apartment was extremely tidy and appeared exactly as shown, br/The largest bedroom was larger than expected, which was convenient as we kept the sofa bed unfolded throughout the entire 4 days we were there, taking up all the space in the living room, br/The bathrooms were also in good condition, and we did not notice any musty smells as previous tenants did, br/Small toiletries (body wash, shampoo, and hand soap) were provided in each bathroom, br/EXCELLENT LOCATION 6 minutes walk from a major train station (the Eurostar and airport train station) br/br/CONS br/Only one key fob for all 8 of us, which was small and could have been easily misplaced, br/No duvet or pillows for the sofa bed, so we had to use towels instead, br/All windows face a busy street, so expect a lot of noise late at night, br/The electric lock on the door kept moving as if it might fall off, making us concerned we could get locked out, br/The air conditioning did not work in the main room

The location is fantastic and the rooms are extremely spacious, It's a lovely one-story walk-up and very convenient to the North Station, All the amenities listed were present, Unfortunately, two of the showers had important parts broken - one had a handle that wouldn't turn on the water and another shower's drain was stuck, so we all had to use the same shower, Additionally, there was a cabinet door next to the toilet in the hallway that was completely off its hinges and just propped up, If bumped, it falls off and is heavy enough to cause injury, The communication through the third-party agency regarding check-in was very clear, The PDF they send states that the keys must be returned to a key station around the corner, but a local shopkeeper informed me that the station has been closed for over a year, I ended up returning the keys to the original box, and everything turned out fine,

The accommodation is extremely well maintained and spotlessly clean, The bedrooms, living room, corridor, and kitchen all gleam and feel as fresh as a hotel, The neighborhood is very safe, even late at night, There are plenty of attractions and dining options within walking distance (Montmartre is just around the corner!) and every Metro line you might need is just one block away, Some reviews mentioned internet connectivity, so let me clarify: the signal is strongest near the front door, The first bedroom is suitable for video calls, downloads, uploads, etc, The corridor also has a good signal, The second bedroom is great for streaming and social media browsing, However, the living room has a weak signal, and the master bedroom has almost no signal, Therefore, if you need a reliable connection for work, stick to the front of the apartment, Just a heads up: two out of three bedrooms have a bathroom with a shower and sink only, The toilet is located in the corridor, but be aware that it is very small, Some taller guests (5'9" and above) had to sit at an angle to avoid hitting the wall with their knees, Upon arrival, we noticed that several lamps were broken, While not a major issue, it was surprising that such a well-maintained place would have broken appliances, The main issue was the malfunctioning AC unit, which had no power and could not be fixed by guests, We contacted the host, who assured us that someone would come to repair it the next day, but nobody showed up, In general, I would recommend this accommodation for groups of travelers, It is spacious enough for multiple adults, and its proximity to various attractions allows people to explore different places easily, Hopefully, the broken appliances will be repaired for future guests,

We rented this apartment for a few days while renovation work was being done in our own apartment, I'll start with the positive: the apartment was spacious, clean, and the communication with the managers was excellent (very responsive), On the negative side: the magenta boulevard is obviously very noisy, which literally prevents you from opening the windows even though it was very hot during our stay, The apartment is in good general condition but the equipment is a bit random, with several small things needing repair, Lastly, there are no shutters but thick curtains, which could be important to know,
