The place was neat and tastefully decorated, However, it was a bit gloomy due to limited windows and it was adjacent to an American Music School where students were conversing just a couple inches from the bedroom window! The bathroom was quite small, The kitchen had all the necessary utensils but lacked a tea towel, a sink plug and not a single tea bag was to be found, Apart from these, everything was satisfactory,

The apartment is fine, as it has all the services and welcomes all guests with bottles of water. The kitchen is very clean and fully equipped. Near the apartment, there is a Carrefour that allows you to stock up at a good price. It is located in front of a school and sometimes from early on you can hear some noise.

Generally, the place was neat and cozy, Although there was a bit of noise from the music academy next door, it wasn't annoying, It was handy to have a supermarket nearby, But, since it's on the ground floor and there was people traffic, I wasn't able to open the window or air out the place,

When comparing the prices and conditions of various accommodations in Paris, I think it's really good! The accommodation was really spacious and nice, It was exactly the same as the photos! There are several subway stations within walking distance, making it easy to get around, and there were plenty of tools for laundry and cooking, There is a radiator, but it is not a boiler as Koreans think, so it may feel a bit chilly in winter, If you feel cold a lot, I recommend bringing a hot water bottle, a small electric blanket, or an electric mat, There is a music academy (?) right next door, so you may hear people's voices or music even late at night, but it was not to the extent that it was impossible to sleep, I recommend asking the host in detail about how to use the beam projector and TV, I tried to connect the TV to the Wi-Fi, but it kept loading and didn't switch to the connection screen,

It was unbearably hot, even with the windows open and the fans running to try to create a light breeze, The accommodation overlooks an internal courtyard and there are no windows on the other side, so it is impossible to circulate air to ventilate, We only stayed here for one night before booking elsewhere, The photos made the place look bigger than it actually is, We stayed in 3 Airbnbs during our stay, the others were adequate, but this one less so, We were disappointed, however, the rooms and bathroom were adequate,

The space was designed extremely well, Everything was in great condition and had a modern, new feel to it, The entire place was spotlessly clean, The bedroom with the double bed is located beyond the room with twin beds, which worked well for us but should be kept in mind, Music school students often gather in the courtyard outside and their sounds can reach the apartment, but it wasn't much of an issue for us, The location is near the metro and is surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops, We really enjoyed our stay here,

Our stay was fantastic, The location was excellent, near numerous bus and metro stations, The layout was a bit unusual (the main bedroom door wouldn't close due to the placement of the double beds), but it was well-equipped with appliances, dishes, towels, etc, We encountered a slight hiccup during check-in as we didn't get the access instructions until more than an hour past our check-in time, Thankfully, there was a very accommodating restaurant a few doors down where we could wait, It was a bit stressful as we intended to start exploring but had to wait while communicating with Airbnb, Hopefully, it was just a one-off situation,
