Beautiful house, beautiful garden and wonderful region to stay in.
Friendly owners.
And yes, there is a fairly busy road nearby, but after 1 day you get used to it. This was certainly not a problem for us.

A wonderful vacation. Very nice and helpful hosts. The cottage exceeded our expectations. Very clean, lovingly furnished. Nothing was missing. Directions very detailed. We were received by the very friendly homeowner and his wife. A very good welcome bottle of sparkling wine. A huge well-kept property with enough loungers, chairs and tables are available. Distributed around the house so that you could change position depending on the sunlight. A 20-minute walk to the beautiful Sable d'Or beach, about 1 km. All in all perfect. Rarely so relaxed.

Very friendly owner, who is waiting for you at the house. As a welcome, a delicious bottle of wine was ready. The house is spacious, practically furnished, the kitchen is very complete, everything is there. Even a stone grill, fondue pot, etc. Other things such as extension cords are also available, really everything has been thought of. The WIFI in the house is fast (fiber optic!), Handy with children, Netflix, etc. The garden is wonderfully spacious, and there are places to sit or lie in a lounger everywhere. The house is on a fairly busy road, but that did not disturb us. The surroundings are beautiful, 1 km from a very spacious beach, where it is never really busy. And plenty to see in the spacious area! (Cap Fréhel, St. Malo, Dinard etc). All in all, had a wonderful stay in this house! I recommend it to everyone!

Nice and clean holiday house, on a well-kept garden plot. The inventory corresponds comprehensively to the service description. It was all available, what you need for 14 days vacation. Warm welcome by a very friendly landlord. His language-limited competence, which was limited to French, was by no means a drawback. (In France we speak French, so we do not expect from a private landlord, that he has German or English language skills.) The area around Erquy is well known to my wife and me through various vacations and we are always excited about the natural landscape and the coast from Cap Erquy to Cap Frehel, and on. Our next Brittany holiday next year has already been decided. Very happy again in this house.

Nice welcome from the owner! The house was very practical, enough space, well laid out, and equipped with everything.
I read a lot of comments about the busy road next to the house and yes that's right, there is a busy road with a lot of traffic right next to the house, so if you lie at home in the garden all day it will bother you, but If you spend the whole day exploring the area and enjoying Brittany, just like us, you won't have any problems.

The house is very cozy and well equipped. The beds aren't particularly wide, but the mattresses are good and comfortable. The two couches are very comfortable and the fireplace is great. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. There are brand new electric radiators in every room. Hot water comes from a large storage tank. The two bathrooms are good. A washing machine is in the pantry. However, we looked in vain for a tumble dryer. The internet comes into the house via fiber optic and is super fast. The garden is huge and beautifully landscaped. The whole property is completely fenced. There is more than enough garden furniture, including great sun loungers. The house has electric shutters and is under video surveillance. The nearby road didn't bother us at all. The sea can be easily reached on foot. There are good shopping opportunities within 3 km (e.g. Lidl). The area there is breathtakingly beautiful. The landlord and his wife are super nice. Here the overall package is simply great. We look forward to our next visit.

We are enjoying this beautiful house to the fullest! We were warmly welcomed, were given a tour of the house of a very enthusiastic and sweet couple. There was even a bottle of bubbly as a welcome! In the house you will find everything you need, a nice wood stove (with a large stock of wood), a lovely shower and extensive kitchen equipment. The garden around the house is beautiful and really well closed, so that our dog can walk around without us having to worry. And he's a real Houdini so if he can't get out, no dog can! The house is located on a major road with a lot of traffic, you can hear this well in the garden, but in the house you hardly suffer from it. The beach is within walking distance, beautiful surroundings and many nice towns and villages in the area. There are many large supermarkets close by.

Owners are extremely friendly and helpful, really speak French only. House is formidable in terms of location, amenities and garden. The downside was that there was clear cutback on cleaning. Toilet smoke free, blood stains on bed linen. Surrounding area is beautiful. Recommend to anyone who is not addicted to sunshine with 30+ temperatures and likes rest and nature.

Friendly land lord (French speaking only) showed us the house and the fenced garden and it was all as described and exactly as on the photos. A lot of space, a nice (fenced) garden and easy to find. Not the most modern place, but very enjoyable. Walking distance from the village and the beach, and nice area around it. We enjoyed it a lot. If you want to view the pink rocks in the western part of Bretagne, make sure you look around in the the Plurien area first, as these are much better than the ones in the Western part of Bretagne :-).

We were welcomed by a most friendly Frenchman. That's a nice start! We received a coldly brewed bottle, and even one! The accommodation is a nice house, lots of privacy, The road that runs along the side of the plot is indeed very busy. But we were not really bothered about it. The house is nice and close to the beach, so with a seesaw you are on the beach. In short, quite a must!

Kindly received by the owners and had a tour of the home. Everything very complete and neatly decorated. Beautiful and very well-maintained garden that is really completely closed off, so perfect for families with children and dogs also have complete freedom. Location relative to the village and beach within walking distance. The only downside is that the house is located on a fairly busy road so you don't really experience peace in the tuin.Minpunt was that the electric heating was turned off and there was no wood for the fireplace. We bought this ourselves because the temperature in the evening was not really pleasant in the week that we stayed. Furthermore, it is a beautiful area with many beautiful beaches and nice walks to make. Will definitely come back again.

Great, spacious house on a very large, overgrown property. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. There is more than enough of everything (dishes, cutlery, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, free Wi-Fi, etc.). Unfortunately, there are deductions for the second bathroom on the first floor, which urgently needs renovation (the shower no longer drains and is dirty). The road that runs right next to the house is quite loud at times due to heavy traffic. Nevertheless, it was wonderful and relaxing to have breakfast on the terrace in nice weather. The location of the house is excellent: 800m to the bakery in the village and 1.2 km to the huge beach of Sables d'Or Les Pins. The homeowner M. Hinault welcomed us very kindly and explained everything very well despite the language barrier. It could be that we come back... ;)

Fantastic surroundings near the beautiful coast.
The traffic on the nearby road is very present. "No problems in the evening.
The house is starting to look a bit dated, for example a parasol that fell apart out of misery and it is a pity that the owner did not respond to our report. Furthermore, some chairs on the front terrace need replacing.

We last Saturday returned 'n great 14daagse holiday in this property. The house and garden look even more beautiful than we expected. Everything in the house looks so beautiful and nowhere picks wrong on. We were welcomed by the owner and we only drank "one glass of champagne with him, he had been cold for our stand. The garden is really beautiful. Next time we go to France again this is it home. Real "s recommendation.

We were a couple and two adults. Because there was over 2 bedrooms and a separate bathroom, it was no problem with four adults and their privacy. The couple slept in the downstairs bedroom with bathroom and separate wc. 2 bedrooms have a 2pers. bed and 1bedroom with 2 1-beds with a cot. Furthermore, it was pleasant stay in the entire house with a sunny terrace. There is a too crowded street past the house.
