The cottage has everything needed. The kitchen is practical. Nice, clean bathroom and spacious bedrooms. Also practical that there is a toilet upstairs. The garden is not closed off, so we always had to go outside with our dog. This house is also located on a busy road, which was not so good for us. During our previous stays in the Ardennes, we always had a stay in or close to a forest where we could take beautiful walks. During our stay here, we always had to take the car, which we found a minus. In the village of Achouffe (a little further) you can take a nice walk in the forest.

Very cozy and well-furnished holiday home. Spacious bedrooms with good beds, spacious bathroom, compact kitchen with oven, large dishwasher and oven, spacious living room, TV with Belgacom box. The key for the house is in the number box at the front door and does not have to be collected anymore. quiet location with 2 MTB routes that pass by the house. The only drawback, for shopping you have to go about 7 km to the center of Houffalize. But this holiday home is definitely recommended.

The house is clean and spacious. Simply but practically furnished. Furniture is designed for 4 people, but the space is much larger. Tiled floors downstairs and wooden floors upstairs. The living room is quite dark. However, we were able to temporarily remove the curtains from the window. That helped a bit. Complete kitchen setup with a dishwasher and more than enough dishes. Beds are fine. Beautiful area for walking.

First impression was somewhat cool: no special New Year's decoration and the outside of the house looked a bit pale. Inside, however, everything was fine: modern with the necessary accommodation. Sometimes the heating system failed and we had no control over that (centrally controlled). Excellent base for walks.
