Great accommodation! Enough space for 5 people. Beautiful views from the veranda. By train within an hour in London and plenty of other things to see and do in the area, such as Rye, the beach, castles ... Only minus no screens for the windows. But everything is closed on time and that is also solved.

what a fantastic holiday we have had there. Getting up in peace and quiet, beautiful views with the sheep. Super location. Something for everyone. You can go cycling or walking in nature. go visit idyllic villages and castles. We have even been on the train 2 times to London. On the train they have really helped us and were very friendly. Our hosts were super friendly and helpful assistance. We were even asked yet we were already at the cottage. They have provided us with all of our trips opgeholpen the way, nothing is too much to ask. When we were there it was very hot, she was even worried about us and brought us an extra fan. Great gewoon.De cottage is like on the pictures. Great beds, great showers with good strong jet. everything was present. We will be back. Highly recommended.

We arrived early on the day of arrival at the property. Ms. Amanda Skinner did not mind that we were so early, because the lodge was ready. This very friendly and hospitable owner gave us a brief concise tour. We have a fantastic week may live in "Five Waterings ". A recommended logged!

Two weeks we used the largest lodge. It was a pleasure. The house agreed well with the photo "s and description, under which we have reserved. The landlady was very nice and very attentive. She was clearly out of its guests a pleasant stay. And that's certainly succeeded. The landscape, the villages and towns in the area gave us a real holiday feeling. Kent is beautiful.

This lodge is definitely recommended, Miss Skinner is super friendly and had us even a Christmas tree put down (we were there the week of Christmas), lovely clean and fresh beds and a nice kitchen with all the trimmings, even a washing machine. There is a box full of tourist attractions and we will gladly add a tip for a day trip to London. Go by car (hour from the lodge) to Croydon, East Station, then get on the train (half hour). Cost for 2 adults and 3 kids (6,9,12 years) equivalent of € 30.00, you can throughout the day in London by bus and metro. You can get off in Victoria, West London and London Bridge, East London. Tasty Fish and Chips you go eat in New Romney on the coast, the Great Fishbar there.

Five Waterings is a lovely house, especially the porch offers a beautiful view and place to sit. Ask for Puddock Farm, if you are looking for the road, Because not even a "native" didn know the name "Five Waterings". We were positively surprised That blankets were already there, so you don "t have to take them yourselves! Electricity comes on top of the rent. Was 6.30 for us for a week, but you 'd better know it before hand. Landlady Amanda is very welcoming and nice painted watercolor paintings That cover the walls of the house. The shower (form a cylinder) is a bit changing form hot to cooler and not very strong, but okay). Small detail: we missed a handy frying pan with cover ... Though there is no village within walking distance, the surroundings are beautiful, with nice towns zoals Rye, New Romney and Hastings. We also went to the Battle of Britain Museum near Folkestone: impressive!

A comfortable and cozy cottage in beautiful surroundings. A good base for trips to the sea and beach (15 minutes), historic towns (Rye, Hastings, Battle, Canterbury) and for younger children Legoland. A good train service to London, where the travel card that you buy for the train in the subway you! By the cottage excellent opportunities for soccer, kite flying and for the younger kids a sandbox and playhouse. The "landlady" is very nice and helpful. The whole made a good impression!

The town of Fairfield, we have not seen, or Brookland. When navigating the postcode, you are in the right place out. By train you from Appledore and then you in 2 hours time in London Victoria, or pay at Ashford and not in the train of Appledore Ashford because you pay more. In the train we had to pay £ 95, but found the conductor and many said just ask at the ticket desk at the Ashford and then we had to pay £ 56 for 5 people. Furthermore, also in Canterbury and Hastings and on the beach in Camber been. Good view.

Are very good. The lodge is well furnished with reasonable beds. The living room offers plenty of space for a family with 3 teenagers. The welcome from the hostess was very friendly. On the veranda when the weather is nice you can sit outside and eat. In the pasture offers excellent kiting. In a row distance of up to one hour are very many things to do and see, and that we have done. Messages you in the lovely villages Rye and New Romney do. You can also in the cafe 's pretty cheap a hot meal. We had a very nice week with Five Waterings as a base.

From 5/9 October 2007, we stayed in one of the cottages on the farm of Graham Skinner in Brookland. Although Fairfield on the booking form is this name apparently incorrect. We had great weather and the setting is very nice. You're in the middle Romley Marsh as the area is called. The farm is quietly situated in the beautiful Kent countryside. The cottage is fully equipped and everything is relatively new. During our stay we had documents to the boiler and in addition to a financial compensation from the owner came on Sunday morning also the mechanic. The experience with the landlord have therefore been fine. The setting is very nice. Because of the remote location is nice and quiet and you can enjoy "a beautiful starry night. Many sheep farms and companies that are in the sod production., You can make great day trips to Rye, Canterbury and London. Hint for London. In 1st of all we wanted from Ashford by train to London about a "one day Trafel Card". You may also underground and bus travel in London. For 5 persons approximately 95 pounds. Drive your car to Swanley via the M20 (just outside of London and one hour from Brookland), free parking in nearby Swanley station and you're five adults 2
