We were a guest here with 3 friends, we chose this location for the view and the view is indeed beautiful ... you are on top of the mountain (6km down to the village) and hardly disturb anyone .... The owners are super -friendly, communication happens with some English, Italian and gestures ....

The villa met very well. A great terrace with an even nicer view spacious bedrooms. A lovely swimming pool which is cleaned twice a week by the owner. Interior is dated but that is part of the charm of the house. A really fantastic restaurant within a 10 minute walk. Highly recommended.

Very nice home, although the decor is dated, the location makes up for it (keep in mind that you almost a quarter on doing to get out again down the road). The owners are very friendly, unfortunately we do not speak Italian and English, making communication very labored. For us the only real downside to the house the fact that there is only one toilet and that superimposed in the only bathroom. Not really convenient.

We are a family with three teenagers and have had really to our liking. You do need a car to get anywhere. Restaurant and grocery stores about 12 kilometers from the house. Beautiful environment

It is a little outside the civilized world, but you get a great view in return. Large house, all the trimmings and a son of 1.5 enclosed garden was also very nice. When we arrived they appeared to have no kids and we had already accepted, but later that night the owners came to bring their own chair. Communication in Italian goes somewhat difficult, but it is enormously hospitable people, as evidenced by the delicious (4 courses) dinner. Wifi is obviously improved since last year, because it was now working with the iPad and iPhone. Not so fast, but that's also part of a bit when you're on vacation -) We would highly recommend this house!

We expected a typical Tuscan older house with a very hospitable family. The house is on a slope with a beautiful view over Tuscany. Cities such as Pisa, Lucca and the sea are relatively easy to reach. A highlight was a Tuscan dinner, which had prepared for us the host. In addition, there were two fresh eggs every morning from our own HÃ¼hnerstall.Da the garden is completely fenced it was a paradise for our Hund.Alles in all a very relaxing holiday with the whole family incl. Wauzi.

We have enjoyed the beautiful view and the proximity to a number of beautiful cities such as Lucca (40 minutes) and Florence (1 hour). Also enjoyed the evening meal that was offered to us one evening by the owner, which was served out on the terrace. The decor was not quite our taste (quite a few frills), but the house was otherwise fine and neat and clean. Also nice were the chickens, which made every day for fresh eggs.

We have spent a week in this lovely traditional Tuscan home. The location is stunning with views over Lucca. We were warmly received. The house is spacious, the decor is traditional, somewhat busy, but everything is there. There's an old building, it is a bit dusty, so people with allergies can make it better not take it. At the end of the week, a traditional Tuscan meal was prepared for us, which was really excellent. I can recommend the house for people looking for a traditional Tuscan holiday.

The house is somewhat secluded in a smaller town, but for that you get an incredibly beautiful view of the valley between Lucca and Pistoia in place. The house has a very large terrace, which makes it a very pleasant place for an extended aperitif and barbecue. The plot is completely sealed, so ideal for those traveling with pets, who are very welcome. A pleasant surprise was that the owners a free dinner with Tuscan specialties offered.

The house is what is certain is upon beautiful place high up in the hills near Lucca picturesque town worth visiting The road to the house alone is a wonderful journey over many hairpin bends upward directions of the Bureau is unclear from this highway section was resolved fine by owner by us somewhere to pick up and we could follow her! House is spacious and everything is there present it is very dark in the house and unfortunately only Italian TV channels. The Wifi was only available from a USB stick that is suitable for a laptop or mobile Ipad therefore have absolutely no internet ..... unfortunately at this time quite a loss, especially with regard to mobile. Nice pool set up by owner at terrace with luxury sunbeds every morning fresh eggs from their own chicken coop! Popular places all within reasonable distance to reach by car or by train! People were very welcoming and made every effort to show us all and explain!!
