Fantastic house with an equally beautiful view. Reception in Dutch was very friendly. Everything was tip top in this house. All necessary facilities were present. The pool was maintained weekly by the friendly Dutch pool man. There was air conditioning and mosquito nets, which we really appreciated

What a beautiful house with a great view over the mountains. In the evening beautiful atmosphere lighting around the pool so you can sit outside for a long time. We stayed here in May so it could still cool off in the evening, then the terrace heater came in handy! This house had everything you need for a successful holiday bbq, pool, sunbeds, multiple bathrooms, fireplace for colder evenings and if you need it even Dutch TV. Basic supplies such as dishwashing liquid and spices were also present, probably leaving every visitor something that remains as we did. The separate entrance is ideal if you are with friends or have older children who want more privacy. The area is beautiful with a beach nearby a nice villages to eat something. You have to drive a bit by car (10 minutes). The house is in fact on a mountain with all other beautiful holiday villas. We had wonderful 2 weeks in El Sueno. Nice and comfortable, very fully equipped house with very private sun terrace. StarkService (the house manager) is very correct and friendly in their service. Picking up at a central point is really necessary because otherwise not found with GPS. It can be quite windy on the Cumbre del Sol and a good carriage is necessary to comfortably drive the steep slopes up and down. The roads are very easy to drive. All utilities (several supermarkets) at the bottom of the mountain at your disposal (about 10 minutes drive).

A great house, very cozy, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and has enough crockery, glasses and cutlery. We found everything clean. The WiFi works perfectly. We particularly enjoyed the terrace with the pool and the covered seating area. We were a bit surprised by the location. The approach from Denia and Moreira is very steep and we had our bikes with us for tours. But we've gotten used to it too. We would come back at any time.

Beautiful house. Located on top of the mountain, hard to find. But via the reception of Starko (NL!) And the navigation no problem. Approximately 10 minutes drive up. Sometimes very tough climb. You can't do without a car 9 and occasionally the first gear). Spaniards do not make hairpin bends, just go directly to the target. House is between similar holiday homes, but perhaps has the most privacy in the area. Almost no one can see you when you are outside. Lovely partly covered terrace with barbecue, view over the mountains and the sea, no car traffic and quiet. Small but wonderful swimming pool. At the start of the week a bit chilly with 22 degrees, but on Friday already 25. Nice to cool off. House itself has all the amenities you need or want. No exaggerated luxury, but simply functional and robust. Air conditioning in the bedrooms, but not or hardly used. On the mountain it cools down a bit more. And you also have fewer problems with mosquitoes. If you are with 6 (we were with 4 people) you have to use a bedroom that is below the house and can be reached from outside (via door directly next to the front door). Tip if you want to go to the sea then go to the beach of Del Portet. Small, beautifully situated in a bay, not too busy and super clean. With terrace nearby. Parking is a bit of a search. Moraira and Javea are nice places with attractive boulevards. I'd skip Denia. Presents little. In the busier places such as Calpe (also called small Benidorm) we have not been consciously. But if you like it, it's close.

There is much to discover in this beautiful area! Beautiful coast, nice villages, nice atmosphere. All facilities such as restaurants and supermarkets are easily accessible by car. Beautiful views on top of the mountain that never get bored. The house is exactly like the pictures! Clean and fully equipped. Ideal for a family with older children, they can stay in the downstairs apartment. Fine is air conditioning and ceiling ventilation in every room. The veranda by the pool where you can eat together at the table with the beautiful view is super!

Good reception. The accommodation was exactly as shown in the picture 's and really very neat and luxurious. The accommodation is located on a mountainside with 3,000 other villas "and apartments. Personally I do not like the massive collection of holiday people, but it may also offer benefits. Without a car you really can not move, the supermarket is actually a short drive by car. Beach crow flies very close, but to get there you will also be a move. The beach is not very big and there are so many vacationers packed.

The view is superb! And a private plunge pool is also a party. Had wonderful vacation! The house is on the mountain in a neighborhood with a lot of these villa 's, but you're very private. Very complete house, really everything is there. Furnishings within what of trouble finding but all looks neat and is also nothing wrong with . the big table outside is delightful to sit on, a nice fan is also upstairs. everywhere great air conditioning, WiFi and even En TV. eating out, we really particularly liked in the old town of Javea, but on the coast are everywhere enjoyable restaurants.

For the second time spent in this house and it was wonderful again! For us it was a paradise and had provided everything and very well maintained. Great environment and the house is beneficial in terms of shopping or out to sea but for us it ticked pool also on the need. It was for us a topper and it felt upon entering therefore WELCOME and farewell then went back pain !!

El Sueno is a beautiful house with a beautiful view and is properly equipped. Upon arrival it was clean so so far everything is fine. However, it is by definition in General reported conditioning. However, this is incorrect because, strangely enough, in one of the bedrooms this air conditioner is completely missing. Very annoying with temperatures in the night! Furthermore, there are only five beds at the pool while we had rented the house with 6 adults. This could not be expanded according to the administrator. In short, for € 2,900.00 for two weeks, I expect not only a beautiful view! Finally, a tip Take a navigation along!

The house was a relief. Not big, but everything was there. Furthermore, the interior was perfect for a holiday. Everything was neat and clean and we have experienced rather different. We really enjoyed El Sueno and there will love to come back once.

We have rented the villa with two couples (young people) We had gone on private transport by car, The cottage is great there may be little to add, Only drawback is Electricity to be paid extra, we had to pay 56 euros for 8 days while we had no air conditioning use, the pool pump is an energy eater, Super Market sits on approximately 2 miles from the cottage, however, through the mountains down so you're 15 to 20 minutes driving before you get there, Definitely a moooie environment, We recommend this villa certainly add to acquaintances ,, You must say I need a good car for the mountains (our sixth wave machine had no trouble)

We have a very nice week gehadten first the reception was were hugo & quotde owner "personally welcomed by the house led and explanations where necessary and of course the nice bottle of wine that we have as a gift received mmmmmmooie spacious garden, the kids really perfect and the dog had the insane to their zinwe also had beautiful weather the area is beautiful and there is lots to do in the area, such as caves, charming towns, Plopsa Coo, cycling and walking routes, etc. ... so plenty to do so In short, a great and relaxing holiday!

We have been spending a week in El sueno with 4 people. It is a beautiful house located in a residential area on the mountain Cumbre del sol. The house is not big but has plenty of room for 4 people. Downstairs is a separate area with a bedroom and bathroom. But of course what is really nice is the fantastic view!! You will not get bored. What great. You will need a car to get you eg to go shopping or to eat out. We will definitely come back one more time to enjoy. Diit from home and the rest

what was all fine? -Of course the climate. Even if it rains a little remains particularly pleasant. -The villa. There has thought of everything to run smoothly. Holiday enjoyable The architect creativity coupled with efficiency and owners that have filled in a perfect way. Nothing is missing. Never experienced before. -The service. Mrs Blush and her husband fill the term "dutchman services" so that we our opinion about "Dutch" with pleasure-will have to revise (joke). Flemings as The villa is well maintained and immaculate. -Near the Benidorm is a safe distance to avoid the near Moraira has such a child-friendly beach supermarkets there are plenty available and the airports of Alicante and Valencia are within "reach".
