On this level, you will find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed, a bathroom with washbasin, bathtub and shower, a separate toilet, and a cosy living area with seating corner, TV and dining table. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, combi oven and hob. The spacious rooftop terrace connects directly to the living area, creating a wonderful indoor-outdoor experience.
