Beautiful house, in a beautiful -naturally- decorated park. Clean, spacious and nicely furnished. Good service from the Roompot. Nice swimming pool where you can also pull laps.Fietsverhuur at the park. Supermarket nearby (de Koog)

Very relaxed park, hard working staff but understaffing is noticeable. Swimming pool closed for a day and further in blocks of time. Cleaning also not great. But the friendliness and the beautiful weather made up for it.

The quiet location is positive, otherwise the house has little charm. It is noisy, the kitchen is sparsely equipped, and there are no simple things like a toaster, whisk and spatula. The chairs are unstable. The bathrooms lack hooks for towels and shelves for shower gel and shampoo. There are no cushions for the patio chairs and no loungers. Thus, the holiday home has few amenities. We are looking for better accommodation for the next Texel holiday.

Unfortunately, the house was not properly clean. The pool was poorly arranged. And that in the high season. The supermarket only opens after half past eight. Bad bed linen. Everything closes very early. Very unfortunate but no more Roompot for us!!!! Fortunately we had nice weather so we keep it reasonable.

The bungalow was dirty, dirty and dusty. The condition of the shower was appalling. The edges of the shower door, the sill and the joints of the tiles were thick with dirt and mold. It came across that it hadn't been cleaned properly for a long time. This also applied to the bathroom radiator. In the rooms there was thick dust in the corners, on the sockets, the lamps and also on the bedstead. The kitchen inventory was incomplete and what was there was broken or greasy. We had to wash the entire inventory before we could use it. The toilet barely flushed, so we had a bucket of water in the toilet to flush it. A positive point is that the employees of the bungalow park took our complaints seriously; the inventory was replenished/replaced, the bungalow would be cleaned again and they sent a service technician for the toilet. Unfortunately, the toilet still flushed very poorly after that. The lady who had been hired to clean the bungalow again walked through the bungalow, shaking her head and then went straight to work. She spent hours cleaning. The reception then inquired by phone whether the complaints had been resolved and later in the day a bottle of wine and a bar of chocolate were brought with apologies for inconvenience. The staff of the park helped us nicely, but we no longer rent a bungalow from Roompot. Shame as it is a lovely bungalow in a lovely area.
