We have just returned home after 3 fantastic weeks in the Estinet cottage in Erezée. We will definitely come back here! The owners were super friendly and helpful. The cottage was immaculate and equipped with everything you need. The cottage is completely surrounded by greenery ... beautiful garden ... beautiful views ... It really corresponds to the ad. We had a wonderful week here during the holidays.
Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the nice Christmas decorations.
The accommodation is equipped with all necessities.
The owner is busy renovating the house. There is already a new floor in the living room and in the garage I saw even more, probably for the kitchen because it is also needed there.
But otherwise the kitchen is nice and spacious. We had a delicious meal here with the whole family during the holidays.
My daughter had a great time with swings in the garden.
As can be read in other reviews, it would be a good idea to be able to close the garden as people sometimes drive very fast on the road in front of the accommodation.
The location is fantastic. You have an unobstructed view and you can walk straight into the mountains.
You can easily reach the surrounding places such as Durbuy or La Roche.

The first week of September we (couple 60+) were in the Ardennes in this house and we had a great time. A spacious house, large dining room/kitchen with everything you might need, a cozy living room where you can sit comfortably and TV with the three NPO channels, two spacious bedrooms, one toilet and a bathroom. Very suitable for a family with children! The house has probably been adapted and renovated several times and the layout does not always seem practical: the only toilet is located in the dining room/kitchen. But that also has something! Incidentally, the double beds are "doubters", so quite smal.Mooi view of meadows and bos.De area is beautiful and there are several signposted walks. Erezée is very centrally located in the Ardennes, so a good starting point for trips to Durbuy, la Roche-en-Ardenne, Han-sur-Lesse, etc. Finally: we had brought our "regular" touring bikes, but you can't do that in this area a lot.

The cottage is well located as a base for walks locally or from one of the surrounding villages, Cottage is well equipped. Everything you need is there, Minus is the creaky floor and stairs to the upper floor with bedroom that can not be completely darkened. But this need not necessarily be a problem. The Vinyl floor in the spacious living kitchen needs to be replaced. The "outdoor kitchen" with BBQ in the back of the garden is not really inviting because of last season's cobwebs and messy garden under the trees behind. So not used because you don't feel like cleaning during a week of vacation. But, as a fire service commander, the owner had other concerns during the flooding of recent weeks, so all understanding! Terrace in front of the house is very pleasant to stay in good weather. Large parasol is available on shady rear terrace, but parasol base is too heavy to move to front terrace. Moderate 4G reception through the woods and valley location, but sufficient proximus WIFI bandwidth (6 Mbit) if your Youtube-addicted teenagers do not consume the still available monthly volume in a few days and you fall back to 0.6 GBit.Huisje itself was very clean and cosy. Very friendly owner who lives nearby and is very accessible/helpful if needed.

Very enjoyable stay. The house is clean on arrival, the beds were nicely made and the owner is very friendly and recommended a nice walking app with walks in the area. The house is very well heated (even in freezing weather), the wifi works fine and the kitchen is well equipped (oven, microwave, Senseo and filter coffee maker, pots and pans, ...) We enjoyed it!

Beautiful house, immaculate and in a quiet neighborhood, on arrival the door was loose and the keys on the door. Everything that was promised is therefore present, do have some comments -The house is NOT equipped with fence (for your dog) , and the rooms sense very low; and the electric fires cannot be regulated, and the fire in the kitchen was not working. Furthermore, it is a beautiful area, nice for walking, and there is something to do within a few KM. My thanks to the owner, and also certainly Belvilla, here we will definitely come back, but in the summer months.

Our family had a wonderful time at this holiday home! The kids loved the spacious bedroom, and the garden was perfect for them to play in while we relaxed, The location was ideal for exploring Durbuy and La Roche, and we even enjoyed a lovely dinner at Restaurant Le Clos de Récollets, Highly recommend for family getaways!

This holiday home is a hidden gem! The view from the terrace was stunning, and the kitchen was well-equipped for all our cooking needs, We appreciated the close proximity to the forest for morning walks, The only downside was the distance to the nearest bus stop, but we had our car, so it was manageable

Nice, well-furnished holiday home in a beautiful, peaceful natural environment. Good for walking. Living room a bit small but a large kitchen. Everything and enough kitchen utensils. Large garden and BBQ. in the garage you can store something and different things can be found. The key to this on the bunch of keys of the house. A friendly landlord who had come by and can ask for a lot. A place to come back.

Beautiful environment. Key was on the door on arrival. First impression was rather negative. Everything inside was clean, but especially the garden and the forest behind did not give a good impression (rubbish, waste, etc.). Fortunately, we were able to quickly ignore this and we had a wonderful holiday. It is possible to cook outside, but a gas fire yourself makes it complete. Just a pity that the provided water tap in the outdoor kitchen was not working. Excellent contact with the landlords and quick response to questions. Definitely recommended in terms of environment, but especially the outdoor kitchen / garden could use a refresh.

The house was open and the key was on the table. The house is comfortable and good to heat. The maintenance is overdue and there is no toilet above. All in all, the rent is high for what we are used to in that environment with this level of facilities in the house.

A great kitchen with all the trimmings. The two stairs can be heard clearly with the creaking and can be entered on the floor to the bedrooms with an annoying small rise. What is missing, a toilet on the floor of the shower and the sink and a sunscreen on one of the bedrooms. When using this, the drain makes a huge noise. Outside at the rear which, according to the photos, look so beautiful, the table with chairs and the possibility of barbecuing are unfortunately a big mess. circumference a great solution.

On arrival, contact person called for key. Was going to come within the hour. Just key on the door, no one was seen during the whole week for an explanation. The garden is 1 havoc, not even a cushion to sit in the wooden lounge. In the house itself is almost everything present, but very outdated. Price-quality is not worth the money at all. Ideal location. So a tip you own a super cool house, make it something pleasant for the guests.
