I found the place lovely, very attractive and comfortable, It is very safe, I would only suggest putting batteries in the TV remote as we were unable to use it, Apart from that everything was perfect, Thank you very much,

We spent a week at this apartment and adored everything about it, The location is excellent, the property is new and extremely clean, The building's security is top-notch and we felt incredibly safe during our stay, We didn't need to hail a taxi, as the apartment's location allowed us to walk everywhere, The wifi functioned excellently, and there was a constant supply of hot water, The landlord was very responsive, If I ever return to Paris, I will certainly book this apartment again,

HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!!
We flew into Paris and landed early in the morning. We were told by the management company that it will be no problem to drop our luggage off at their office until we were able to check in at 4 PM. When we arrived at the airport, we tried to get in touch with them, via phone call and email, to no avail-no one picked up the phone and they did not reply to our email until 14 hours later. We also called the management company about insufficient heat when we arrived at the apartment and were told that someone would be there within the hour to take care of it; no one ever came. After two hours of waiting for someone to arrive, we tried calling the three phone numbers that we were given and nobody answered any of the lines, even though we were told someone would be in the office until 11 PM. We were given two emergency phone numbers, as well, and those were out of service. This is totally unacceptable!!! We own an Airbnb in America and our guests are always able to reach us if there is a problem.
There are motion sensor lights in the hallway, by the elevator, but they were not working and I fell down the spiral staircase and got badly hurt.
The apartment itself was OK, except for the insufficient heat; it was a very cold night and we were freezing. However, the lack of communication and availability was a very big problem.

Apartment was fine for one or two people, though bathroom needs an upgrade. Apartment is in attic at rear building and is not what is shown on website. View to courtyard is nice. Location is good as it is a residential neighbourhood.
The corridor to the apartment is below par and even hazardous with exposed piping, wiring and no sign of life safety devices at the ceiling. The floor was covered in construction paper as there was work ongoing to replace pipe. One day water was shut off. There was no mention of construction work eventhough it had been ongoing for many months.
Overall it was a bit shocking to arrive considering the lovely entrance. After a few days I got used to it.
Communication with the third/fourth party management was poor (Check my Guest ).
I would not stay in this apartment again.
