Our rustic-modern holiday apartment can accommodate up to 5 people – with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sunny balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and lovingly furnished.

Located directly on the ski slope (only 150 meters to the free ski bus!), it is the perfect starting point for skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, and more. In summer, hiking, biking, climbing, mountaineering, or a visit to the nearby Wagrain Water World adventure pool beckon – free for our guests with the Wagrain Card!

A playground, barbecue facilities, e-bike rental, a high ropes course, and the Wagrain-Kleinarl climbing world are all nearby. The quiet, sunny location on the outskirts of Kleinarl – surrounded by nature – ensures true relaxation.

We had a great stay at this house. The owners are very gentle people. Arriving went very smooth and we had a warm welcome. Everything was explained clearly and when our German did not succeed the switch to English was also no problem. The house is super clean and everything was in working order. Beds are good to and the house stays pretty cool even with 30 degrees day temperatures.
We stayed here for two weeks in the summer. From the house you have to drive out of the valley through Wagrain to goto places a bit further away, but that just goes fine. We went to Italy and Slovenia for a day trip. Lots of stuff reachable. Within the valley you also have lots of stuff to do. Whatever one needs.

We might come back for a second time. Really enjoyed our stay.

We were there for the 5th time and enjoy it every time - beautiful apartment with everything you need, in the middle of nature, great hosts, very friendly and always helpful! Offers summer and winter really great. Kids (teenagers) were also enthusiastic, especially via ferrata / flying fox. Accommodation costs as paid ok, but too high without discounts. We would love to come back again!

Free for our guests with the Wagrain Card! 3. Liechtensteinklamm (approx. 25 km / 30 min.) One of the longest & most impressive gorges in the Alps - spectacular and easy to walk through. 4. high ropes course Kleinarl (only approx. 2 km away) Pure adrenaline between the treetops - ideal for the adventurous. 5. climbing world Wagrain-Kleinarl (approx. 2.5 km) Indoor and outdoor climbing at a high level - also suitable for children. 6. bike & hiking trails directly from the house Start your tour on foot or by bike directly from the house - pure nature and many refreshment stops. 7.
