It is in a prime location, about 200 meters from the beach. The property, with its beautiful garden and terrace, is fully fenced. Ample garden furniture is provided.
The house features new electric heating, internet access, and two flat-screen TVs in the living and bedroom areas. The modern bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, a sink, and a toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, an oven, a washing machine, and a dishwasher.
The entrance area leads to the spacious living area with a comfortable sofa and a dining area for up to 6 people.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms.
One with a double bed, spacious built-in wardrobes, and a TV, and another with two single beds.
A stair gate, highchair, and baby travel cot are available.
