Exceptionally quiet location, lovely (not too large) swimming pool, typical country house, spacious bedroom downstairs (unfortunately no wardrobe), connected bedrooms upstairs. Good, but somewhat cramped shower, small but fully equipped kitchen although a few more glasses, mugs, and kitchen knives would be welcome. Typical French interior, somewhat dated, but good sofa and plenty of space and tables/chairs outside. Communication went very smoothly, the owner’s father lives about 300 meters away and cleans the pool in the morning (no disturbance) .. The key was in the door upon arrival and just leave the key behind when departing. The house, also detached, next to the property (large hedge in between) is inhabited, but we saw or heard little from the residents. For those seeking peace, a great place for cyclists. For amenities, you should expect roughly 20 km (one way) to a large supermarket, etc. ... Villefranche du Périgord has a decent supermarket and is 8 km away (very nice village).

Very pleasant, super quiet and a lot of ground around you. Swimming pool is also nice as well as space for the BBQ etc. Ground floor also complete, nice bedroom. We had problems with the dishwasher. A day later a new one was installed! Furthermore, nice owners. The only drawback, it was above 35 degrees for a few days (and above 20 at night). Then you certainly miss air conditioning on the top floor.

We came here for the second time so it was all easier it will be and remain very friendly people everything very seriously for the children there was a bottle Jus' d orange cold and for the adults a bottle of wine and there were fresh flowers put down overall a very pleasant arrive after a long journey

We went traveling a day later and I called about this. This was no problem. Key in the door when we arrived: there was wine and water in the fridge. Delicious. Accommodation is fine, nice and old house with everything you need in it. The area is really beautiful: walking, cycling, and enjoying the beautiful sunset. The owners are extremely nice. Had great weather, nice pool. In short: a very nice holiday.

Very nice holiday. Pool is great and owners very friendly. If you like peace and do not mind driving far to shop or sightseeing, then this is the ideal location. Little paradise. Decor is somewhat outdated but clean.

The arrival was good. We were already at 1200 at the house but were there right in.Het house looks neat from very quiet location with lots of privacy around and a beautiful view in the beautiful mountain surroundings. The pool is lovely and was maintained daily by the owner who lives 800m away and also has lots of land around the house (orchards and vegetable gardens) in the area you can walk and enjoy nature. Large stores are half an hour away. We had a good time.

Our stay at the stone house was simply delightful! The kids loved the private pool, and we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with a view of the garden, The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to cook meals together, Plus, having a supermarket just a short drive away was a bonus, Highly recommend for families

We have been well received. The key was on the door when we arrived. The pool is cleaned daily by the owner. The cottage is well equipped, the wifi is good. Nice view and quiet. Lots to do in the region. You have to drive 10 to 15 minutes for the nearest bakery or supermarket.

Great house, somewhat dated in terms of decor but what is needed is there! A seat behind the house would be nice (more like a lounge sofa or something). Beautiful panoramic view! Please note that the garden is free / open on all sides, it is surrounded by fruit trees and fields.

Smooth arrival, welcomed by the owner. Only speaks French; fine for us. Beautiful environment. Con: neighbors are renovating all day, a lot of noise. And neighbors have hung air conditioning right on the terrace of the house that makes a lot of noise. Both shame about the idyllic tranquility.

Nice welcome, but unfortunately we left the same day because the house was dirty and there were mice and salamanders.
I could handle that, but there were also very large spiders and that is my great fear.

We have a wonderful holiday here gehad.Meestal fine weather during this period in the Dordogne. Beautiful house, very very noisy, beds also very cracking. Lovely swimming pool, 4x8 meters and 1.50-1.75 deep. Is cleaned daily (very early). We only missed the seat cushions. Homeowner check regularly if everything is satisfactory, is discreet. Lots to see in the area. The old dog next door is always running in the field. Also handy is the outdoor kitchen with barbecue. You can always covered eten.Kortom, nice place hier.fam. van Horssen

We have a wonderful holiday gehad.De owners were very friendly and the reception was hartelijk.Het house was very clean with all comfort.Door the good weather we have been able to make daily use of the very good (daily) maintained zwembad.Ideale environment to unwind, many privacy.Zeer large courtyard where our dog felt at home immediately. The location is ideal to do trips .Monpazier, Domme, Sarlat, Beynac et Cazenac, Roque Gageac ..... Definitely worth repeating !!!!

We recently spent two weeks with our family here polite vacation. Beautiful house with a beautiful, deep pool in a beautiful location. The deer walking in the garden! The couple who run the key is very nice. We made nice trips, to Sarlat, Cahors, Castelnaud. Villefranche du Perigord is a nice village.

We have been here for the second time and again it was perfect! The cottage, the setting, the pool, the weather: we have again had a very good holiday. The setting is beautiful here and you can very well relax. There is also much to do in the area; For larger shops you need some more traveling. Recommended.

The cottage is completely renewed. Internet are still old photos" s.Heel peaceful and scenic surroundings. The village is not big but friendly people.
