Very friendly and helpful host. Spacious and comfortable house, excellently equipped. Ideally located, close to a forest, close to Malmédy, and quiet in a very quiet neighbourhood. We"ve spent a great long weekend with our extended family.

We have rented the 2 large houses for the family and have only positive comments: very neat, well equipped, almost every room has sanitary facilities, a nice play area on the ground floor. We used the largest living room to eat and sit together, the smallest for those who wanted some peace. The bedroom corridor is connected, which is convenient. The holiday home is beautifully situated for walks and yet not too far from shops and the center of Malmedy. The owners are very friendly and discreet. It was already the second time that we went there for a family weekend and can only recommend this stay!

We had an amazing time at this cozy cottage! The space was perfect for our family reunion, and we loved chilling out in the sauna after hiking, The outdoor area was great for BBQs, and our kids had a blast on the trampoline, Plus, the location is super convenient for exploring the national park nearby, Can't wait to come back!

What a wonderful stay! The cozy cottage in Baugnez was perfect for our family gathering, There was plenty of space for everyone, and the sauna was a fantastic way to unwind after hiking in the beautiful Hautes Fagnes estate nearby

The house is really spacious, there are also plenty of plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, pans, 2 stoves with real ovens per unit (14 persons), located on an active farm where the milking was free to visit , A short walk from a forest for hiking. A small critical note fits Cookie pans were not in one unit, but for 28 people really too little (but I brought it myself) and cutting boards did not. Furthermore, the house was not rainproof when we went away and the water flowed under the garden doors and windows. The fact that there were blankets (and no duvets) did overwhelm us too, we had brought duvet covers as bedding. And in the description there was a gym, but we did not find that. However, this did not really make the fun, I can recommend the house to anyone and should we ever organize another family event that we are trying to rent this house again.

Low-key obsessed with this place, Clean, cozy vibes and the garden is perfect for chillin' in the sun, Plus, the kids loved the trampoline! Nearby restaurants are a quick walk away, so food runs are easy, 10/10 would recommend!

With the whole family (24 persons) stayed a week in the two large apartments that are linked together. Fine stay. Large and clean. Maybe some bleak. Con (you) there is still a small apartment UNDER the kitchen of the large apartment we rented. Unfortunately noise was to avoid the tenants below us hard.

We loved the whole family spring festival weekend at this location. Top! Anyone could have fun together and the kids could play in the ample garden and visiting the animals. The common room for maneuver was very nice! We hiked and did a droppingske.

Among the points of interest in the region are the Hautes Fagnes estate and Reinhardstein chateau. Active holiday makers have many walks and bike rides waiting for them. Restaurants serving local dishes are at 500 m . You will also find a ski lift at 500 m. Supermarkets and nightlife pubs are at 3 km. If you wish to spend a day admiring nature, there is a lake at 5 km._x000D_

After returning from excursions, you can destress in the sauna. The playroom with table football and billiards equipment invites you to challenge each other for a game in leisure hours.
