It is a very nicely decorated, clean house with very friendly landlords. You can park your car safely and securely on the terrain (inside the gate). The bedroom and bathroom are downstairs, the stairs down are steep, for people who have difficulty walking may not be useful. The outside staircase is nice (so you can possibly go outside). The kitchen is small with a sloping wall. If you are tall, you must be a little crooked when you do the dishes. These are the only two possible "disadvantages". We ourselves have not had problems. Very quiet and slept well. You can sit on the terrace in good weather. Although the holiday home is on the land of the landlords, they give you complete privacy. The surrounding area: beautiful, beautiful old towns (including Quedlinburg, Wernigerode, Stolberg) and walking is very good there (tip: take a map, the walking routes are often not well marked). In short: we enjoyed it immensely!

Upon arrival warmly received by the landlords and neatly guided around the holiday huis.Accomodatie was above expectations good and pleasant in a quiet village overlooking the valley. Beautiful surroundings (forest and hills) to walk. Wonderful things in the area to visit, even in the winter. We will definitely come back again after this 3rd time in the Harz !!

For those who love nature and hiking, this is the place to go. Hiking trails start at a short distance from the house.The holiday home is very comfortable and tastefully furnished, with lots of space and comfort. The friendly landlords give helpful excursions and hiking tips and offer their guests to pick them up after hikes, it does not always work with the buses. For us it was a very pleasant and successful holiday.

It is a lovely setting. You look directly on the rocky walls covered with forest. The homeowners are very hospitable. They are also always willing to help you with things. The cottage is very atmospheric. Just realize that there are 3 sleeping places on a sofa bed. Well, they'll sleep well. In the village there is a swimming pool and there are 2 drip caves. For other things you have to go to Elbingerode yourself 5 minutes by car. Wernigerode is recommended, but there are 25 minutes on the way. This can also be done free by bus, as you get a booklet with discounts after payment of tourist tax.

We were welcomed by Olaf and Anita, the owner and his wife and also our neighbors. The temperature was nice on so we were very pleased with cold drinks koelkast.Het cottage equipped. We were very pleased with the toilet in the bedroom. With two weeks of beautiful weather we have made extensive use of the terrace.Hotel the messages you do not have to drive far.
