A beautiful villa overlooking the golf course. Patio is lovely to sit outside until late. Swimming pool and barbecue area are great. The entire villa is delivered very clean and is fully furnished. Everything for the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms is present. For the garden, swimming pool and rainy days too, in the "basement". We had a great holiday in this top location for 16 days. And if we had questions or comments, we could always contact the landlord and/or the manager.

Just returned 1 day, We have been at Villa Boja for 2 weeks and had a wonderful holiday. House was nicely furnished, mattresses were excellent, and then the terrace with various seating areas and of course the outdoor shower, the pool which is at least 30gr. used to be. There was also a nice barbecue.

Lovely home and cozy dressed. Good quiet location with private parking. But some mosquitoes / knots. My wife has been completely leaked and has been in trouble in the evening with long sleeves and long pants. Here the owner can not do anything but it is worth mentioning.

I loved the peaceful atmosphere here, The valley views from the swimming pool are stunning, and it was so nice to relax without the hustle and bustle of city life, The nearby parks were perfect for morning walks, and we found some charming dining spots just a short distance away, Definitely recommend it for a tranquil family vacation!

Beautiful villa, neat and tidy furniture! Swimming pool is lovely and is neatly maintained weekly. Wonderful air conditioning everywhere, which is necessary at temperatures of 34 °, if I have to mention 1 minus is that the possibility of sitting in the shade at the back is limited to sitting under an umbrella, which you can not open all day due to the wind on the hill. You also have a beautiful covered terrace at the villa, but it is also too hot there because there is no wind. Of course it is also due to the high temperatures we had during our holiday so in more normal circumstances this should not be an issue

The location is great. Beautiful view from the garden. House is ok, furniture very basic and beds very mediocre even. The house also has the facilities you need. It is a great place to stay for a while (I was there for a month). Better beds and a walk-in shower for the master would be a welcome upgrade. Service from local staff was very good. The garden is also neatly maintained.

For the second time in Villa Boya and again very welcomed by the managers Jan and Tjitske. The villa is well maintained and you have a lot of privacy. Everything is there to make the guests comfortable. We certainly go back again.

Nice, well-kept villa with all amenities. We intended to have a heated pool there that we had read in a review. That was not the case. In the end it was not a problem after 2 weeks having had brilliant weather. Car hire is wise, this may indeed the owner. We had a top holiday and would definitely recommend this house. We were welcomed by Jan and fine Tjitske and got good explanation of the house.The house is fully equipped, dish with Dutch channels, etc. what was windy outside during the holidays, but you could sit out of the wind making it still tasty hot was in the zon.Er was also a hammock! The place was quiet Rojales, supermarkets etc or aanwezig.Strand 15 min rijden.Wij have had a super holiday.

Warm welcome from the managers. Nicely kept and heated pool. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher only one missing. Very practical that there is a second refrigerator with freezer is present. The owners are very cozy garden with several terraces, hammock, even the ambient lighting was beautiful. Nearby you can also eat out cheaply, quite reservations for everything is fully booked quickly. We have done little off. Overall, we really enjoyed our holiday in our villa!
