The accommodation has everything you need. Do not expect luxury. Just a cozy, cozy and clean appaerement. Saturday arrived and the owner makes free pizza for everyone.

We had a wonderful time in our apartment in Quarrata. The apartment is wonderfully situated between an olive grove. In addition, the pool is very beautiful, as well as the view and the location. The owner was extremely cordial. When we arrived, the owner's son immediately showed us the way. After unpacking the luggage, the holiday mood immediately began: the owner baked pizza for all the guests in the pizza oven in the garden. The following week, a typical Tuscan dinner followed on Saturday. All in all, we would definitely recommend the apartment. It is good to know that several cities have to drive quite a bit (half an hour to an hour). At the same time, there is a lot to visit from the apartment (several famous cities within driving distance: Lucca, Florence, Siena, Pisa, Pistoia, Prato)

What a delightful escape! The Belvilla by OYO La Casa dei Due Olivi is a hidden gem nestled in the Tuscan hills, The peaceful surroundings, with rows of olive trees, made for a perfect backdrop to our romantic getaway, We enjoyed the bubble bath and the shared swimming pool, both of which were incredibly refreshing after a day of exploring local paths on foot, The cozy apartment had everything we needed, and the hosts were exceptionally welcoming, We can't wait to return!

Positive: Location, spacious, very clean, swimming pool very nice with sun loungers and umbrellas, parking on site. Less: kitchen utensils minimal no wine and beer glasses Shower not to mix cold or very hot. Nice reception from son Andrea picked us up when we couldn't find the house (roadblock and TomTom didn't remember!) Explanation of the apartment After that, never saw anyone again Wasn't necessary and could always call Hennie

We were warmly received by the owner. A short tour in English / Italian. The double apartment that we had was simple and clean. For the hot days we had, the apartment (which you can make nice and dark through the shutters) only functions as a place to sleep and shower, and sometimes we cooked inside. Do not expect too much from the kitchen contents, but the necessary is there. It is old but everything works. We had a wonderful time there, so nice to sit in such a quiet environment, to have a great view and to be able to laze by the pool (a very nice pool by the way, including sun loungers and parasols) Nice towns are easy to reach by car We were lucky that two times Italian was cooked for us outside by the owner Super super between the Italians and other families who were there.

We stayed at this accommodation for 12 days and had a wonderfull time all in all. The enourmous advantage is the superb swimming pool which is clean and fresh and located at a marvelous spot with a sort of terrace-view over the whole valley! Also the tradition of the owner to bake pizza"s all you can eat at saturdays is a big hit! It is a very nice way to get to know the other guests and have a good time together. The sort of downside is the rather poor comfortlevel inside the appartment.Although everything was neat and clean, there is no airco, which is "tough" during the hottest days.Also the kitchen equipment is rather poor sorted.Our bedroom was.The bedroom was nice an big, with a great ceiling and antique furniture which gave a sort of nice medieval atmosphere. is already real treasure! Nice and friendly people ( visitors and personel, very local) , fantastic food and low pricing ... we went there 4 times in 12 days.

We had a wonderful time at La Casa dei Due Olivi! The shared swimming pool was a highlight, especially on hot days, We took advantage of the local trails for some hiking and found great spots for picnicking, The staff was very helpful and made our check-in process smooth, Would definitely come back!

Good and friendly reception. Spacious neat house. On Saturday, guests were invited to join a pizza night. Baked by the landlord himself. We stayed in the upstairs apartment, for a longer time outside the communal garden with swimming pool was fine. Enough seating for everyone so that you are still private. Only with the eating moments you go out less quickly because of lugging with stuff. Location of the village is ideal. There are many beautiful cities to visit at a good driving distance. You will be on the autostrada within 15 minutes. Center of the town is not to walk, but by car you are smooth. Delicious pizzas at the restaurant next to the church.

Perfect location to visit cities. Great views, surrounded by olive groves. Paolo was very responsive and pizza "s for us cooked in the outdoor oven, very nice. The apartment's living room has only one tiny window, thereby looked somewhat dark and stuffy. The garden is lovely, but do not you get it immediately app. is on the first floor.
