Il Monterosso is a beautiful place with very nice people. There is only one, the place is located on a mountain where only come via numerous hairpin bends, where you have to stabbing through to get there twice in some corners. about 5.6 miles we were doing an average of 20 minutes (24 minutes on the bike, if properly trained)! For that reason, we planned our daguitsptapjes carefully, so we had only once a day up and down. If you have a vacation planned with children and swim on Lake Maggiore, you better sit anywhere on the lake. The location would be greatly improved if there was in a pool, you can also spend a day "above" remain. Furthermore there on the mountain a lovely restaurant (Mon-Thu close!) Riding stables, a farm with pigs and goats and a beautiful chestnut and of course a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore.

Beautiful and very quiet. If you sit on the 1st floor have a terrace with all day zon.Niet cozy. Kitchen equipped very brief. 7 apartments in one building, thus little privacy as all occupied.
