We had a lovely stay at Belvilla by OYO Giulio Cesare! The farmhouse was charming and cozy, perfect for our family of four, The kids enjoyed the shared swimming pool while we relaxed in the garden, The location is fantastic for exploring the countryside, and we loved taking walks in the nearby forest, Plus, Lake Trasimeno was just a short drive away for a refreshing swim, All in all, a delightful getaway that we would happily revisit!

The accommodation is best suited for 2 adults a small child. There is 1 bedroom where you should sleep with all of them. Our fourth person is going to sleep in the living / dining room with open kitchen. The area is beautiful and a good base for trip around and on the lake, Perugia and Assisi (northern Umbria). Todi and Orvieto are also reasonably priced. The small swimming lake I recommend (and the landlord). Swimming facilities in Trasimeno are limited in the immediate area. Good swimming pool on site. Very limited mobile connection at the cottage is very quiet. Plans for groceries are required 20 minutes drive (if you are used to the road) for a real assortment. Good little restaurant in Castel Rigone if you do not feel like storing up delicious pizza, but ask for what's not on the menu.

We had to search, in June 2013, with navigation coordinates from the booking letter arrived from somewhere else. Nevertheless found that we had never want to miss. In a valley, surrounded by nature, a single farm, and here and there some sheep, this well maintained mini park with neat cottages. Space for lounging, swimming, contacts and yet also be on you. Vacation 07-09-2013 t / m 21-09-203 cottage is clean on arrival. Owner is already waiting for us (it was called ahead). She speaks in italian keywords so you can understand her fine but ask something is difficult, we have not had any days neighbors and perhaps that saves enormously in the perception of privacy. We found the beds hard, but that's very personal. In the bedroom is a horgordijn, which improved sleep. Opinion of the owner was to close the shutters do. We thought this would be, but for the cats later proved to be a real inbrekersduo, what our neighbors behind duped. Pad on In the cottage is plenty of cutlery, plates etc present. Own kettle and coffee included (last was in italian version available so ... for lovers. Pool was large and was regularly shoveled. Who can not stand silence, carrots sweat with hairpin turns, "evening of entertainment does not this cottage suitable. Remarkably, therefore, that every Dutchman spoke of rest. Good standard holiday accommodation, beautiful new apartment with good beds and delicious zwembad.Ligging afgelegen.Je is, every time the mountain to the lake or nearby areas, but for hikers went.Vooral good bestemming.Supermarkt in higher village five minute drive.
