We were very well received, and it went smoothly together everything listed with explanation also the last day for settlement, the house was super space and certainly very clean, we enjoyed it immensely, and have decided to definitely come back to komen.Fantastisch weertje so we could enjoy the walk after the nice large terrace and garden .The surroundings are very nice, but our children and four grandchildren wanted more forests, so we drove by car or sometimes to another village, the new bakery in Faymonville is a must, but also Waims the tasty ice cream, congratulations for cozy cottage !!!

A cosy, comfortable, practically furnished house. Everything we needed was provided, both for bad and good weather. The owners have welcomed us well. A nice environment for both walkers and cyclists. Worth repeating. Recommended for groups or large families .

a house where everything is provided. from high chairs to kitchen utensils, children's closing gates, and the like. very quiet area with a grocery and a bakery nearby. 10 minutes by car from Lake Bütgenbach, 15 minutes from Malmedy, 1 hour from La Roch, 30 minutes from plopsa-co and coo-adventurepark 30 minutes from Action center (karting, bowling, minigolf, pool, games, rodeo etc .. very clean) !!

We went with 4 families to this house for a long weekend, including making motorbikes. Beautiful surroundings where you can also make beautiful walks. The house was spacious enough of all facilities provided, nice rooms, the living / kitchen / dining area is cozy and certainly spacious enough for a large group. Also the garden with elevated terrace is big enough and cozy. On arrival there were bottles of wine ready and the owners are very friendly and very correct. In short, a very nice accommodation, which we will definitely go back to. The only downside may be that it is not so clear from the description that for 18 people you should also use a sofa bed in the dining room. However, there were still beds in such a bowl under some children's beds, but without mattresses, sorry. With 18, the sleeping areas are a little tight, but this did not stop us from enjoying a great weekend.

For the key we had to go to the owner who does not live much further. It turned out not to be a real key but a code that you get to open the front door. All very easy and safe.

House is well furnished. More than enough stock of kitchen equipment. The only drawback were the doors with a pump system. Difficult to open for the children and very noisy when closing.

Everything well cared for and also correct on arrival for key collection. Plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses and such and especially large enough pans for a large party. The house is well furnished, with a miniscule small minus point, no toilet ground floor. We have not encountered any problems, not even with that minus point.

Receive promptly and kindly. The code (instead of key) for the front door turned out to be very handy. House was neat and decent. The high chairs and cots were very easy for our party. Mattresses were rather thin, we were not so satisfied with that ... There are a lot of info and warning sheets, which can be a bit weird and intimidating sometimes .. Beautiful surroundings! Very satisfied with the region!
