With the direct and unobstructed view of Lake Dümmer in the middle of the Schwerin Lake District, you can experience, see, hear and feel nature at every turn. In summer from the spacious terrace, in winter in front of the cozy fireplace in the holiday home.
In the state capital Schwerin you can get a taste of city air and discover lots of interesting things and things worth seeing. The castle and castle gardens, Schwerin Cathedral or the Schwerin State Theater are absolutely worthwhile destinations.

Activities nearby: The region around Lake Dümmer is not only a wonderful recreational area but is also the perfect starting point for trips to Schwerin, Wismar or Ludwigslust. Swimming on the shallow, child-friendly beach and from the jetty is possible on Lake Dümmer, as well as boat and fishing trips with a rowing boat. However, the best way to explore the beautiful surroundings is by hiking, cycling or inline skating. A first-class cycle path almost 15 km long leads directly from Dümmer to Wittenburg, where there is also an adventure park with a climbing garden, year-round indoor ski hall, quad and go-kart track. The state capital Schwerin with its magnificent castle complex is also definitely worth a visit.

This holiday home is only available for recreational purposes. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and any cancellation fees will be charged. Youth and men's groups are not permitted.
Laundry packages are not included in the rental price. These can optionally be booked in advance via Belvilla (EUR 25 per person/change).
