Everything went smoothly. The house was big enough for 10 adults and 11 children. A 2-bed room even remained free. The lounge with table football was a highlight for the children. There is a lot to explore in the area. We can highly recommend the house and area!

The house owner received us very friendly and showed us all the rooms. We moved in with 16 people (including 8 children) and were happy to have already made beds and freshly brewed coffee. The house offers a lot of space on two floors, so that smaller groups could withdraw. The many bathrooms were all very clean. The area is beautiful and quiet (apart from the church bell that rings exactly at seven o'clock) and is ideal for numerous hikes. Geocaching fans will also get their money's worth here. We also recommend the Edertalsperre, which is about 25 minutes by car to the south and offers something for the youngest with a climbing park, adventure path and petting zoo. We all felt very comfortable and thank our hosts for the pleasant time of relaxation!

The arrival was uncomplicated and the welcome cordial. After a long visit and instruction, (many rooms) we received the keys. Our landlord was also available in between questions. Due to a water damage (we were already informed before our arrival) were two rooms and a living area with foils partially demarcated and the area somewhat reduced. Nevertheless, that was very well done and for our stay at all no disadvantage. As an excuse, there was even a cake. Thanks again. The house is definitely very well equipped, with enough porcelain, glasses and cookware and tiptop clean. In any case, you did not get the idea to first rinse and clean everything. Top! The rooms are overall nicely decorated, with very good mattresses and bedding. We felt very well and could have lasted even a few more days. We can recommend the object in any case.

We were 15 people (former friends / class reunion with annex) and will book the house at the next meeting again. Reasons for this - well-kept holiday home in a small village - all technical equipment (eg coffee maker, stove, oven, dishwasher, TV) worked flawlessly very clean and in very good condition (newly renovated or hardly worn) - living and dining area as well as lounge large enough for the number of persons- next shopping facilities in Korbach (7 km distance) - in 30 minutes driving time, the tourist resorts Willingen and Winterberg are centrally located in Germany (ideal for gatherings of families from different regions) - Handing over the house was very thoroughly done-bail was quickly returned

We have made with a group of 20 friends and children from 1-11 years three very nice days in this very large and roomy holiday. Very nice, correct, friendly landlord. Cook comfortably in the large kitchen living room unit, eat, play, chat, play kicker in the big play barn, explore the near and far surroundings outside. It fit all. Without reduction to be recommended.

We were there with our huge family last year in June with 20 adults and 6 children. We were warmly welcomed and no matter when we had questions we were immediately and well looked after. Unfortunately, the weather was not so nice that we could explore the beautiful landscape only one afternoon. For the sauna we had to pay nothing, which is inclusive. We loved it. Our inquiries were answered quickly in advance. The reception was then very warm. Our children loved the playroom and garden. The landlord even organized a charabanc tour with ponies and a visit to the farm opposite. We were able to watch the milking live.

We had a very nice stay with Peter and Annemarie in Ober-Waroldern. The house is very suitable for a large group of up to 20 people and has a good room layout. The rooms are all very well kept, there are several bathrooms, some with and without a shower. The large kitchen in the lower area of the house with connection to the living room offers plenty of space to eat together and in the living room you can pass the time comfortably in the evening. The outdoor area is also very spacious with play facilities for the little ones and a beautiful terrace. But what the children liked best was the open and loving manner of Peter and Annemarie, who they even took with them to the chickens and rabbits. The highlight was then the visit to the farmer next door. In any case, we all felt very comfortable and will be back next year.
