We were two adults, a child and a dog. The accommodation was super cozy and bright. We felt very comfortable. We were able to relax on the terrace. The environment is a dream. You can reach the swimming lake or the fields and forests in just a few minutes, where you can go for a walk with the family.

Surroundings, arrival and accommodation were perfect. All days on the road bike seated, a lot of altitude meters tamed. Evening walk to the lake, in the clear water we saw the fish swim.

Unfortunately, the dishwasher did not work and the fridge door did not stay closed on its own.We had beautiful trails that led through a varied landscape.Many sights and lakes in the immediate vicinity could be admired.

We were, after a phone call we were standing at the door, welcomed by Carola doing maintains the cottage. Cheerful lady also some extra you want to do. The cottage was in 70s style, but we find that do have some, it smelled musty upon entry as you can expect from a German cottage. The cottage itself was clean, there was only mold in the bathroom. The linens we hired who did not smell too fresh and we first let hang outside. The beds in the master bedroom are hard, we've solved by using the mattresses from the other bedroom, with a little crumpled wished best and slept fine. Further fine house, we sat outside a lot and the setting is lovely. Unfortunately there was blue-green algae in the Hennesee so we could not swim, but that did not spoil the fun. We were very pleased with the detached home because we actually what had booked else but encountered problems with the dog (which was the steep stairs not down there) and Belvilla, this excellent and very quickly sorted for us so we are still a nice vacation have had. Thanks again for that! Very good service.

Manager was waiting for us at the agreed time. Clean house that unfortunately did not smell fresh, which turned out to be due to a smelly vacuum cleaner. Dated interior, which worked fine, however. New mattresses. The pool / football table was also a great success for our children. Nice environment with water nearby and plenty of walking opportunities.

The arrival and the handover of the keys went smoothly. The first impression of the house was okay. The Hennesee is very beautiful, but the nearby swimming area is not so great.

The cottage is clean and initially seems very nice. A beautiful location close to the Hennesse. The cottage is indeed (quite) dated but unfortunately also worn out. The door of the refrigerator is missing, the countertop is just laid on top and not finished further. The (nice) little sofa in the kitchen is not the cleanest anymore. The curtains in the bathroom have stains, and there is something that looks like mold on the wallpaper in one of the rooms. The beds are fine, clean bedding was all neatly arranged. The rate for the cottage is therefore reasonable. Communication is not great, Mr. Luig does not speak English and our German is not that great either. Fortunately, we managed to figure it out and could get inside! Upon arrival, there was no one, but the key was left somewhere, which is not a problem, but they do ask you to indicate in advance what time you will approximately arrive. I don't think this is necessary. The cottage is called 'Nina', this is not a contact person. There are books, games, and other fun stuff available indoors. Outside, there is no little grassy area, children will quickly get bored at the cottage, and there is no playground or other grassy area nearby where they can burn off some energy. The surroundings are beautiful, fairly touristy but that is to be expected. For families with children, we can really recommend the Panoramapark, X Ranch for warm meals, and H1 am See was also very nice, there is also a nice play area for the children, furthermore, the little beach you drive to when entering the park at the Hennesse is also very nice for warm days. Warstein is a 25-minute drive from the cottage, where you can take a nice tour of the Warsteiner brewery, which is also very interesting and fun. The beach has pebbles, so swim shoes are recommended. All in all, we had a nice vacation!

Practical layout. Decoration of 40 years ago but satisfactory. Bed linen had to be arranged locally according to belvilla, but according to owner. He has made bedding for us. Drill 2prs new in packaging. For 2prs used stuff and seemingly washed but brrrrrr what a smell. Even so new stuff bought so. There was the description that there is no wifi and that's right. There is also no 4g range and even calling 9 times 10 times is not possible. We went skiing and winter mountain is the only snow-sure place at 40 min distance. Next time we are closer. Because use of utilities is not included, there is still a hefty bill afterwards

The cottage is fine in itself, but a bit dated. What was annoying was the shower. Every 1.5 minutes, the hot water would cut out, and you would be under a cold shower for 30 seconds. But the worst part was the noise disturbance. Every weekend from Friday afternoon to Sunday, the neighbors would party late into the night (3 AM), and in the morning, it would start again. The response from Belvilla was downright disappointing. They could do nothing without proof, and of course, they only sent that request on Monday. In short, the cottage was decent, but Belvilla was worthless.

Very dated house, not very clean and there is a terribly moldy shower curtain that you do not really feel like taking a shower. Beds are not very comfortable. The location is good, near the Hennesee and a good base for going out in Sauerland.

I have sent the following email to Mr. Luig, but unfortunately have not received any response. Therefore I turn to you with my complaint. Hello Mr. Luig, as announced, now the detailed mail. The holiday home Nina has various shortcomings. Most noticeable, however, is the uncleanliness. The surface may be cleaned regularly, but it never appears to be cleaned thoroughly. There are dust and crumbs in every corner. The covers on the sofa, armchairs, chairs and corner seat are dirty and stained. The wallpaper is old and stained. We didn't feel very comfortable in the house. Back home I discovered black crumbs in my cat's fur, a clear indication of flea droppings. Apparently the holiday home is not only filthy, but also contaminated with fleas. Our well-groomed indoor cat definitely had no fleas before visiting the holiday home. Eliminating the fleas again is time-consuming and tedious and causes not inconsiderable costs. Quite apart from the disgust factor and the inconvenience for the cat ... A refund of around €78 is still outstanding.
I also have to say that the house was in an extremely dirty, moldy condition. We left one day earlier - the condition with 3 children was unacceptable. Beds covered in stains. Walls moldy. Shower unusable. Leftover food from previous tenants in the kitchen cupboards. Sorry, but please don't continue to advertise this house.
