Beautifully large and clean house, we were warmly welcomed by the owner and his wife with a bottle of wine, candies for the dog and the kids, we were immediately given a tour of the house. Nice villages nearby, supermarket with fresh bread every day less than 300 meters away. Really recommended. We will definitely go here again

We have been with five people for two weeks in this top house on the first and second floor in Assinghausen with friendly and helpful managers. The house is delivered neat and clean with a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The enormous house has an open kitchen in each of the two living rooms and also two bathrooms. The largest very spacious ground floor living room (on the first floor) and kitchen are the best equipped and very complete and border on the very spacious roof terrace. We think the bank is adequate for five people, but not anymore. We did dinner at the spacious table on the roof terrace. The TV has a Netflix channel, on which you can install your own account. (Just uninstall again when you leave). The wifi is variable but not great and it is unclear why there is sometimes good and sometimes hardly any range. What is missing in the downstairs kitchen is the extraction. Both bathrooms are fine. Furthermore, the three bedrooms all have good double beds. We have not used the sofa beds in two of the three bedrooms, which can accommodate 10 people in total, so we cannot say anything about that. We have not used the garden on the ground floor. Belvilla calls this a rural location and peaceful environment. We come from a big city and are very sensitive to traffic. The property is in Assinghausen which is a small village but on the busy local road 480. This was actually the only disappointment. We found the traffic both during the day and "evening quite. With all windows closed, the sound is not too bad. For the rest, the area is beautiful and you can make beautiful walks. We have been a few times to the Hennesee where you canoe well "s can rent and make wonderful trips over the lake. (Make a reservation in good weather). For city visits, we found Dortmund a gray and poor city and don't recommend it, so it's better to drive a little longer and

Welcome, there was a bottle of wine ready and a bag of sweets for our dogs. It is a beautiful big house and a compliment for how clean everything was. The area is also great nice villages in the area. Overall we had a super week here.

We were warmly welcomed, bottle of bubbly was ready and given a tour through the house, it is located in a very beautiful village very charming, the property is very large and very clean, if you're with several people is you yourself, be sure to withdraw as over it, if there was something they arranged immediately. We were received very welcome by the owners. The accommodation is very spacious and clean and fully equipped. A few houses away you can eat out and the supermarket is around the corner. Within a few minutes walk you are in a beautiful nature area where you can walk and cycle endlessly. Our dogs were very welcome, large fenced roof terrace and enclosed garden at our disposal.

Nice landlords.. Clean house with a good location and a nice atmosphere. A small grocery store with reasonable prices is always within easy reach for a small purchase. A large balcony provides a great panorama. The possibilities for nice activities are easy to reach from the location.. Always happy to come back.

Lovely apartment, spacious, clean and fully equipped. Located in a sweet little typical German half-timbered village, which is just big enough for a small supermarket with a fresh bakery and for a few Gasthofe where you can eat delicious schnitzels and other gutburgerliche dishes. Beautiful surroundings with beautiful walks, which start from the village square nearby.

Welcoming with a bottle of sekt and treat for the dog. With Christmas even cakes, chocolate Santa and bottle of mulled wine. Clean, spacious accommodation where nothing is missing. Beautiful surroundings with many hiking opportunities near Winterberg and Willingen. Overall had a top week in this accommodation.P.s. the good wifi was appreciated by the children.

What a delightful place! The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and we felt right at home, The garden was perfect for our dog, who loved running around, Also, being able to walk to restaurants and shops was a huge advantage, We will definitely be back!

Very pleasant people who are open to anything will help you on your way immediately. The cottage is fully equipped and very spacious. A disadvantage is the stairs to get into the living room. This is not always easy for some dogs.
