The Villa Las Brisas is ideal for 4 people - with more space is limited. The house is quiet and has a beautiful view. The interior is practical, modern well maintained and lovingly decorated. The renovated kitchen (with coffee machine and dishwasher) is very nice. The third room with a bunk bed and bed is very tight and uncomfortable, you can almost not open the window - no bunk beds, it would be more practical! Very comfortable sofa. The winter garden with terrace is ideal for grilling and eating. One can always to enjoy the magnificent views. The garden with a trampoline and swimming pool is very well maintained and cozy. Everything exists pillows, beach chairs, umbrellas, water toys, shelves, shower. Ideal for family. 100m away you can buy in a small Quartierladen every morning fresh bread or rolls. Parking at the house and lockable. Supervision by Marlene is straightforward and very friendly. If you need something, they help you. We would the Villa Las Brisas visit again. A relaxing, beautiful place with wonderful house!

We had an amazing stay at Belvilla by OYO Las Brisas! The views of the Granadella bay were simply breathtaking, The kids loved the trampoline in the garden, and the swimming pool was a fantastic way to cool off after a day at the beach, Highly recommend this place for families!

We were very hospitable hosted by the hostess Marleen on the spot. Everything was super arranged and if we had a question, we were answered very quickly or resolved a problem. The house is delicious, highly recommended. Top location, lovely surroundings and the home of all comforts. We will definitely be back!

House has a very nice atmosphere and offers everything you need, from a small dishwasher, washing machine to AC in every bedroom. Beautiful garden with furniture and seating areas and all views over the rolling hills, or swimming pool, piece of sea and your own (quiet) neighbourhood. Living room with open kitchen is cozy and an extra room with glass folding doors to sit outside even more. This is not recommended with wind and the operation is not difficult, but the system is easily breakable. Always read the house book, there are tips that make it easier. There were a few small things, such as missing bulbs in lamps (living room) was not arrested, but a broken dish for Canal + was immediately picked up and repaired within three days. Contact with the local office is pleasant, but get the feeling that you are one of the many who asks something or maybe it was just a lot at the same time? Nice quiet neighborhood , beautiful surroundings and everything is nearby with a rental car. We would like to come back sometime.

Beautifully situated, attractive house with a magnificent view from the various terraces on the hills and sea. Nice deep pool with lots of privacy. The manager of the house has helped us on arrival. Near the house are restaurants and a shop for sandwiches and the like. The beaches were for us (as non-trained walkers) only accessible by car. Only downsides of the house: the linen package was very pricey and air conditioning instead of fans had improved sleeping comfort.

Everything was beautiful to the eye. Kitchen was not that clean, rest is.First everywhere wiped through the dishwasher and cleaned. Remains a whole amount that you still have to pay in cash for a linen package for 6 people for 14 days, although that was stated in the description. The washing machine and the dryer were nice. Pool was great. Sun loungers are due for replacement. When we arrived there were 4 broken umbrellas, contact person called and he soon had a new umbrella for us (actually need 2 of them) new laundry rack, new umbrella and even a new vacuum cleaner. So if something is not satisfactory said everything will do. To make it right. Very beautiful environment. We had a great holiday.

House was OK at first sight but first day was complete chaos: no reception on arrival on site, reservation of bed linen apparently not passed on, unclear agreements about prepayment of cleaning and guarantee. House was certainly clean and fully complied with the description. Baker around the corner is very easy. But in the second half of the week, the weather conditions were extremely extreme with exceptional thunderstorms, which the house is clearly not equipped for: it rained inside both the veranda and in the living room and even in the kitchen, causing some of our groceries to go into the garbage was allowed, and as a result of which we were allowed to use our bath linen to regularly clean up all the water inside, since no other cleaning material was present. Pets were not allowed in the apartment, which was very good for us when booking due to allergies. But on the spot there are 2 cats that, from the moment you leave a door open, take advantage of the opportunity to slip in, and who are constantly crying when they are closed to enter.

Very comfortable and well equipped villa in Ibiza style situated in a quiet residential area. Ideal place to relax both indoors and in the garden with swimming pool or on the (covered) terraces. Aside from the convenience store and some restaurants around the corner do you need a car for shopping and sightseeing trips. Several beautiful bays in the area. Highly recommended!

Great fun house. Nice view and lovely garden with nice pool. 4 adults definitely good. 6, the slightly cramped (if you are staying in). The adjoining conservatory with dining table is amazing by the sliding glass doors. And the left construction with built-in benches are able to enjoy the evening and zonondergang and the view of the sea. All in all a lovely place.

We've already rented this house several times and we have at last review know that it was necessary to update. Well, the update has been neatly done and it has certainly surprised us happy. Beautiful new (open) kitchen with new inventory, garden furniture back neatly in order, a beautiful new floor and continue refreshed on details. Everything neatly! And further? As always nice to enjoy our regular favorite restaurants, hiking, cycling, children's fun. In short, once again worth repeating!

We really enjoyed our holiday in "Las Brisas" in Javea. The house is in a beautiful spot with great views and quiet location. The garden and pool are wonderfully. The house is very nice, though we were sorry that the kitchen is not only very small, but most stale and not very clean. The garden furniture is old, broken and bad.

We have the house and of course enjoyed the holiday very much the pool, seating and decor were very appealing. Fresh and tasty sandwiches on foot in less than 100 m is also something beautiful. distance to the nearest sandy beach for a beach holiday was a bit far. The walk from the pebbly beach is to create on the way still good but it comes back to very steep. All in all, however, we were satisfied.

The house is just great, tastefully decorated, good beds (with choice of pillows!) And, with an asthma patient is not unimportant to us, very clean. Reception with a cold bottle of cava and fresh fruit made us immediately feel welcome and at home. From the conservatory and the terrace you have a magnificent view of both the sea piece as the mountainous hinterland. Pool clean and nice ligbedden.Een drawback: you actually want no more of your home!
