Holiday home 29 was rented by our family together with cottages 7 27 for a family holiday consisting of teenage children and adults from Belgium and the Netherlands. holiday home 29 was occupied by family with 1 teenage girl of 14 and a teenage boy of 12. This house is really modern and design, has a great spacious and bright living room with all multimedia and even DVDs and CDs. The kitchen is minimal but practical and everything is there what you need for 4 people. Pleasant, beautiful spacious and clean bathrooms above and on the ground floor, rooms and beds and bedding in order. Nothing to complain about. the floor heating works very well, it is quickly very pleasantly warm. The sun shines all day and on the terrace. The terrace consists only of pebbles, and has 2 reclining seats and deck chairs. It is pleasant to sit in the sun that shines all day. This cottage has a fantastic far view, it is the highest house of the holiday park which is also very quiet. You have to climb 41 stairs from the parking lot below to get to the cottage. It is difficult for people to get leg up too much to bring luggage upstairs. The stairs have wide and long steps, but without a handrail. A nice pleasant holiday home with lots of light space. Recommended for 4 people.

A lovely house, equipped with all comforts in a beautiful setting with many hiking trails. Train station nearby, nice for trips. House can be reached via a number of steep stairs with a beautiful view from the living room. Therefore, however, not convenient for people with disabilities to walk.Een recommended.

We have rented a very nice house, surrounded by greenery. A beautiful area with lots of walking opportunities. After the walk you could still enjoy the beautiful terrace with great views. Definitely worth repeating! Note: you must be well on your feet to reach the house, given the many stairs. Not suitable for older people

Very nice view and everything on site what you need. Coo waterfalls and Trois Ponts are definitely recommended to visit.

The cottage is beautiful, a very nice view and lots of privacy, the reception at the key address was very friendly. It is a bit of a climb up stairs, but we were happy to pay for it. The cottage is fully equipped and light in a beautiful area of the Ardennes.

Magnificent house, quiet, superb view. Really warm welcome from the person responsible for the site; she is adorable! Just a downside, one of the two toilets does not work (known problem and long wait for repair ...? As well as brown water following a problem with the boiler which is too late to be replaced, apparently ...) it is Too bad! (It deserves a small reduction in the stay ...) It was an excellent stay; super bright house and the wood stove gives a cozy atmosphere in the evening! In addition, lots of beautiful walks from the house!

Very friendly and helpful reception. Got some tips for good restaurants and also a particular restaurant in the area was discouraged. The cottage was the highest in the park, and that meant climbing stairs, but the view from the terrace certainly makes up for that! The cottage was not super clean, but sufficient. We have only used the ground floor. Upstairs was another bedroom and extra bathroom.

Arrival was fine. Accommodation modern, complete and cared for. View beautiful. Environment well, it is the Ardennes, beautiful of course. Less was that the button of the toilet did not work. This indicated immediately upon arrival, but no response was received.

This is the third time we have stayed at this fine spot. This time also with a little girl of 2. The cottage is located on the highest spot in the quiet park, but after some considerable effort you come to a fine accommodation with, in our opinion, everything you need. And it is clean on arrival! The view from the terrace at the front is still beautiful! in the vicinity there is plenty to see and do. For us it was again enjoying!

Lovely house, great view, well furnished and complete. Excellent environment with many opportunities for walking and cycling and just 3 hours from the Randstad car. A warm welcome when picking up the key. If you have a good bed are used then you've had it after a night or 6 with the mattresses. The only downside.

It is a very cozy house, with a great view. In the meantime, the house has become warm. The first day was a challenge because it was very cold in the house, probably because of the winter weather. And because the underfloor heating in the bathroom and bedroom downstairs is broken, we were very cold at night, which meant we didn't sleep. It was so cold that we couldn't even get warm with the extra duvets from the upstairs bedroom and with thermal underwear in bed. The broken underfloor heating doesn't do any good, because there are now damp patches everywhere in the various unheated rooms. So I hope for the other guests that the underfloor heating will be fixed soon.

The view was beautiful, but the cottage was old and not cleaned properly. Many things were broken, but reported to the owner and he promised to do better.

Het huisje is schitterend gelegen en heeft een prachtig uitzicht. Je moet niet beperkt zijn qua trappenlopen, want het zijn er nogal wat.
Hoewel het huisje prima is voorzien van wat je nodig hebt, is het qua onderhoud niet je-van-het. Schimmelplekken in de slaap- en badkamer bijvoorbeeld. De trap die wel een laklaagje kan gebruiken.
Ook was de schoonmaak niet naar onze tevredenheid en hebben we zelf eerst nog een grondige poetsronde gedaan. De slechte schoonmaak hebben we gemeld bij de receptie.
Een zonnescherm aan de schuifpui zou geen overbodige luxe zijn, want zodra de zon op het (vele) glas staat, wordt het al snel heel heet binnen.

le séjour s'est bien passé, cependant quelques observation: l'eau était brune tout le long du séjour, la toilette du bas pas accessible dû à une chasse défaillante et le chauffage qui ne fonctionnait pas tout le temps dû à un problème de chaudière connue de la locatrice. Sinon la vue était superbe et nous avons passés un bon séjour.

Upon arrival, and 61 steps of about 1 meter deep further, you eventually arrive at the top of the house in the middle of the forest, which offers an amazing view! Cracks in the outer wall are visible, which was held together with a nail strip (which creates a not very safe feeling when you find this). Once inside, the space in the living room is very nice! Despite the not very large surface, you still get a spacious feeling due to the high ridge and the glass wall, which makes the view a great experience. The cottage itself was very damp, dirty, grubby. But with your mind at 0, you'll get there. The beds are simple, but on the other hand sleep excellent! Both bathrooms are a must. However, when the water has run out, yes, it's all done. Within our midweek 2 days without water (family with 2 young children > 10 years) this is manageable. It would be nicer if the way of water supply were clearly stated in advance and you were not told on arrival, 'it's gone', too bad…. All in all, a survival house in the forest, with a guaranteed beautiful view!

During my stay I spent 4 days in the noise of a roof renovation, one house away, which meant there was no peace and quiet, which is what we had ultimately come for.
This is also the last time we rent something at this park!!!!
