The arrival went smoothly. Pre-arranged with owner for key and arrival time. The accommodation is very spacious and very cozy and comfortably furnished. The two terraces are super. an aperitif or a cappuccino taste even more delicious in the sun of the Voer region with a beautiful view. The kitchen is well equipped and we could fully enjoy ourselves with the gas burners and ovens, especially because in Aubel (very close) all fresh products on the market (twice a week) or in the store were available. The house is ideally situated for walks and fun trips. In the evening we could enjoy a nice CD, or a nice movie or play full with the board games that were available from the owner.He really top! That way we felt even more "at home." From the house you immediately connected to the hiking network and you can also cycle (if your fitness top is natural) We had a very nice week of Easter holidays and we will definitely come back to try out the rest of our hiking trails.

After arrival, the owners came to say goodbye and replenish the stock, even though it is their home they call neatly and therefore give you the feeling to visit you. Very special. Also this year (4th time) again enjoyed the house, the peace and the beautiful scenery!

In 2019 we were enthusiastic about our stay at The old lemonade factory. That is why we already knew the house with its comfort and charm in a beautiful environment. The region is beautiful, many walking and cycling opportunities. Who likes culture and cozy villages or cities can go in all directions. It is nice to sit on the terrace. It does not matter that there is no garden. Within walking distance you will find the Commanderie 7 (trout nursery) and De Cantarel for those who want to put their feet under the table. It is easy to contact the owner, he is flexible and ready to listen (because of corona this year by mail / telephone, last year personally). Already booked for 2021!

a beautiful property in beautiful surroundings. Nice and calm! The house was completely complete. Large room, large beautiful kitchen. Beautiful bathroom and 2 large bedrooms with lovely beds. It was also lovely sitting on the terrace.

What we have had a wonderful week. In the house (and in particular the extensive kitchen) really thought of everything, and the setting is lovely. Directly from the house you can follow several hiking trails and bike routes and drive are all surrounding villages and towns in the border region easily accessible. We love to come back someday.

The evening before had telephone contact with the owner, Herman. We were allowed to decide what time we wanted to arrive, since there was no one to receive us. Key to find at the agreed place. So we drove to the Voerstreek in the morning and were there by noon. Key was on the agreed place.

Upon arrival, welcome by the exceptionally hospitable owner, Herman van Dam, who explained us. Suggestions put an A4 "down with data such as garbage collection, collection days, and data such as doctors number etc. The house is suitable for four people, nice spacious, nice combination between rustic and comfort.Schit-ren-de Area: Veurs is a quiet village with hiking, but at the same time a good base for a few minutes in Aubel (French, Jean-Pierre Jean-Pierre and Marché Artisanale on Sunday morning), Eupen (German language) or Sint Pieters Voeren (Dutch, For baked trout eating in the Commanderie-the castle grounds-between noon) and / or in Slenaken, Noorbeek, Maastricht or Aachen. What a beautiful nature and some rest! Whoever has been here, please come back Because we have the same opinion!

The owner was not present upon arrival, but considering we were here last year, we knew all the little ins and outs of the house.The house is very nice and cozy furnishings. Feel immediately at home. Beds are made on arrival and bathroom are numerous products available which may be used. Is now our 2nd visit but not our last -)

The home was built in 1734 and is listed as a Flemish cultural heritage building. You can enjoy a pleasant stay here with a spacious kitchen, living-dining room with fireplace, movies and music. Kids have children's bed and high chair to use. During the evenings, the fresh air and greenery will relax you on the furnished terrace. _x000D_
