Very nice accommodation, we"ve had a good time! Beds were good, kitchen was small but fully supplied. The city-centre of Spa is only 10 minutes walk, and has a nice ambience. The hostess Madame Collard (speaks French only) is very friendly as well!

A real Ardennes house. Everything is not completely finished, although it is seen as working on it. T is also a cupboard of a house to maintain, so we had no problems with it, after all, everything worked. Kitchen on the small side to cook for 15 people, but well in the kitchen stuff (which is usually different). Pretty clean and of course a beautiful garden and plenty of outdoor furniture. Additional costs are easy to oversee.Restant deposit quickly retour.Gmgeving is beautiful, lots to do and Spa is around the corner.A thick 9 as far as we are concerned!

Wonderful stay with a group of friends in Spa. The house is very close to the center but rural enough for sufficient privacy. There is a spacious terrace and lawn at the house where you can relax outside. The hostess only speaks French but that did not cause any problems on arrival. The check-in and check-out is fast and the time was flexible and in consultation. Pleasant. It is a very charming house from the outside and inside, although the interior is simple and sometimes dated. Inside you have plenty of interior space at the bottom of the two spacious living rooms. The kitchen is very small in relation to the house, but all utensils and crockery are present. The rooms upstairs are spacious and beds are fine. Three bathrooms was sufficient for us. There is plenty to do in the vicinity of Spa. There is a climbing forest, you can take many beautiful walks and amenities such as a supermarket are nearby. All in all, many ingredients for a wonderful weekend in the Ardennes. I heartily recommend this house.

We had a pleasant stay in this great house. Because it is a large house you have to pay attention to the costs of the heating but with self-discipline it works out pretty nice .. Spa was easy to reach on foot and there are plenty of walks to make.

We have been in this house in the week of old-and-new with 10 adults and 6 children. Excellent house, where the photos on the website do not do justice to the spaces There are 2 large living rooms, each with its own sitting area (with TV) One room has a long table where you can dine with 16 people ( for our group a requirement.) The kitchen is - with 4 gas burners and little work space - a bit underneath.But there is an oven and microwave in the end we have fine goed.In the basement are extra fridges (which are in the summer certainly necessary.) There are sufficient showers, also suitable for tall people.The beds were prima.One ground floor are 2 toiltets, one of which is tight.There is no table football or there are plenty of benches to hang out with a book. In the area is the fine wandel.Er is a small supermarket within walking distance.Het house has only glass the heating can the cold vlodoende aan.We with, including final cleaning and bed linen, etc., 500, - extra costs.Alles together we had an excellent week detail I found that the owners had taken the trouble to the house in Christmas atmosphere to bring there was a real Christmas tree and there were various decorations.

House is very spacious. Bedrooms and sanitary facilities very neat. Kitchen on the small side for 15 persons. Handling and contact with Belvilla is to cry. Rarely have I been spoken to so badly / brutally for a small matter in financial settlement.

it is annoying for Dutch guests that no one speaks Dutch when received. the accommodation was known to us and exactly what we are looking for with 5 children in the age of 6 to 10 years. You do not have to be careful that they will damage something. The environment is definitely worth it.

Together with a group of 11 friends (25-30 years old) had a wonderful week in Spa. The house is quietly situated within walking distance of Spa. All necessary is present and the finish is good and decent. A perfect place for a weekend with friends. Incidentally, the villa is not on the internet and you should be aware of high heating costs (300 euros), although here consciously to be gone.

Had a wonderful weekend with family (10 adults and 5 small children). Plenty of space in and around the house. 3 bathrooms, one with bath. Rooms vary somewhat in size. Kitchen is fully equipped, but not too large in proportion to the rest of the villa. Ample garden furniture and a BBQ. Large garden with lawn and swings. The house is 10 min walk from the lovely spa where everything is doing. Furthermore, a walk and racing. We have enjoyed!!

For a large group, this is a lovely house for a weekend stay at. Two fine living chambers which not all the time close to each other. Not every shower is just fantastic. However important to worry about the keys. Proper arrangements with (the French speaking only) owner We had not too long called ahead of time and then had to wait three minutes. And when he left he was not at the agreed time.

Villa Lilia is a huge house, and a group of friends or family hardstikke cozy. Now we were only 8 people, so more than enough room. Everything is sufficiently present, such as cutlery, crockery etc. The beds are fine, as are the showers on each floor 1, and on the third floor also has a bathroom with bathtub. It is very quiet, and you walk in Spa, 10 minutes (or up and down the hill). You can walk into the woods, but it is quite a walk, we drove the car into the hills, and went than walking or playing with the kids in the streams. We stayed in early December with 13 people in this wonderful classic villa. The homey decor and stylish. We felt right at home. Well maintained and clean house.The center of Spa is a 10 minute walk. The GR AE Nord goes past the door. Exactly what we wilden.De kitchen is fairly small. Cooking for a larger group will be what penetrate. In contrast, there is a wonderful barbeque that 's summer will come in handy. No negatives, we would like to come back!

Fantastic weekend behind us. Both the weather (end of September), and the location, if the house were magnificent. Around and Spa has a lot to offer. The house is very spacious and comfortable. Only the kitchen is quite small, but that did not really bother. There is plenty of convenient features, as well as the necessary facilities. A home to come back, where both adults and children agree on zijn.Enig downside is that some beds have a less good mattress and some doors do not close, but do not let that spoil the fun.

The house has an old fashioned charisma and has a great atmosphere and wide wooden staircase where children can safely get on and off rennen.Er are many rooms with tables and chairs on the ground floor so the kids can easily spellen.De kitchen in different groups very good ge-outilleerd. The barbecue equipment is fine. They sleep very well because it's nice and quiet and the beds have excellent mattresses.

A great classic old house, but provide what is needed. For our large family with six adult children with supporters, including four small children plenty of room. The kitchen is a little on the small side and is a bit clumsy, but is equipped with everything necessary. With the three lavatories we came good, so even that was no problem. The garden was lovely to play, just wanted the kids also slide as was seen in the garden next door. We wanted to barbecue, but could not find him anywhere.
