we have been renting this house for 12 years (except last year not because of corona). and we still enjoy this magnificent house, the beautiful view of the beautiful terrace, the tranquility and the nice environment. Also thanks to the cleaning crew (it was very clean). Also many thanks to the owner and our hostess Marlene who do everything to give the guests a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, if something breaks, they can't do anything about it (even if they make every effort) if they have to wait for a part to fix it. We already looked at another house/environment to rent, but if you have stayed in this house it will be very difficult to be satisfied with another house/environment. A lovely house with a beautiful view. It is very quiet and peaceful here. The pool is perfect, especially now with this wonderful warm weather. The inside of the house is also good. An incredibly nice house. Equipped with everything you need for such a vacation. The pool is the cherry on top. The view is stunning from the surrounding terrace. There is plenty of space inside: kitchen/dining room/living room. Refrigerator + freezer / dishwasher / washing machine. This is a RECOMMENDATION!

+ Very spacious rooms and living space. Nice panoramic view. Air conditioning throughout the house works great and does not disturb at all. Swimming pool nice and clean. Homely and personal decoration.Highly recommended! -The bushes take a view of the wide hills.There was sometimes some odor in the bedrooms downstairs when showers were used.Tip: the nozzles of the dishwasher get clogged easily and then need to be cleaned or the plates remain dirty.

Beautiful villa on the outskirts of Roquebrun, fantastic pool. During our stay it was 40 degrees, the air conditioning was therefore very welcome. Highly recommended!

This villa meets all wishes. Very quiet location. Beautiful swimming pool. A few things that need updating such as iron and ironing board. No shade for breakfast. Renewal of the parasol. Still an old coffee maker. Otherwise a very pleasant villa and very beautiful region.

Lovely house, the photos do themselves short because it is bigger and more beautiful in reality. Including a nice climate control in the house.
Location was very nice and you are in a quiet area, so you will have to do your major shopping and activities by car.
Highly recommended.

Rented a villa with air conditioning, so paid extra, but air conditioning had been broken for 3 weeks. We asked for an allowance from belvilla but we didn't even get an answer to our email! Disappointing!

On arrival we were really impressed that it lived up to all expectations. The house looked okay. It had been neatly cleaned. The surroundings looked beautiful. The pool looked nice ". Unfortunately, the tweed impression was less attractive. There was a wasp plague with wasps that loved meat. The pool was in good order but it was not maintained enough with a lot of green deposits and algae. Maintenance once a week really seems too little for such a swimming pool. Inside, many rooms had a suspicious sewer smell. The showers were not clean. The bubble bath was not functioning. The coffee maker was defective. The dishwasher was not properly maintained, filters were completely clogged. Unfortunately. There was chaos in the kitchen equipment. The amount of plates and cutlery were not suitable for a stay of 10 people. In general it can be said that the house needs a thorough overhaul. We can really compare with other locations.
