The apartment is very clean and well maintained. Location is quiet, but still only 10 minutes walk from the center. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

The cottage is fantastic. Super schoon.Super for the dog, lots of space and safe. The cottage is compact but functional. The landlord is great, gives good tips for places to visit, food and drink. A tip, there may be a little more towels available, or know that you have to bring them yourself. We would love to come back.Gr Jos,Maria and Faya

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful holiday home, situated between the olive groves. A blissful and quiet place in nature, yet very close to the village. Ideal if you do not want to stay in the middle of the tourist noise, but still want to be within walking distance of the village and the beach. The cottage itself really pleased us better than we could see from the photos. Ideal for people with dogs and children, because the garden is completely fenced to a height of about 1.75m. Because the fence is see through, the beautiful view of the surroundings is preserved. Our dog found this superfine and could choose his own spot in the sun or shade and we were comfortable that he could not walk. The cottage itself is not very large, but sufficient since in the summer period you mainly use the outside. Because there is a large sliding window, directed towards the garden, you experience inside as well as outside. The kitchen is very small, but has everything you need. Personally, we had previously opted for a combi oven, because only a microwave oven does not have much to offer. On arrival the house was really very neat, the bed made and the towels were ready. This extra service is very pleasant, because you do not have to bring this linen yourself. Moreover, you can refresh it in the washing machine if you wish, very nice. Only praise and certainly for the owner! A small point of criticism, however, is for Topic Travel itself, because they do not indicate in the advertisement that you have to pick up the key in Medulin, which is (only) a half hour drive from the cottage. Unfortunately they were not accommodating when we asked for a different solution, since we would already have a ride of 15 hours and that extra time would really be too much. So we contacted the tourist office in Medulin directly where we had to pick up the key

The cottage is completely in order. Fully fenced so certainly good for people with a dog. The only downside is that it is on a gravel road that is not lit and very narrow accessible. In the evening or with an oncoming vehicle that is a very adventurous experience. A swimming pool in the spacious garden would be a plus.
