Keys we would have to pick up ten kilometers away, but was no problem and everything worked very well. The accommodation is very cozy, not a luxury, but big enough for eight people. But the garden is a dream and the pool pure luxury! Very quiet environment, scenic great

Beautiful house with lots of space. It and der seemed the house updated compared to the photos. It was striking that there was only a TV in the attic. And the house is quite noisy.
Especially the garden is very nice and big. The pool was of course lovely but there was much more such as a swing, play house, ping pong table and a large football field with goal.
Downside of the house was getting and bringing the key. Also bedding and part of the waste had to be removed. This is certainly far from ideal with a car that is packed full. Glass could be thrown 100 meters outside the village. But unfortunately that was not stated anywhere. This can definitely be better.

Our adult family (4 people) and parents (2 people) booked this house through Belvilla. We came there to make very good memories together. The house provided all the facilities you could wish for. It had all the charm of an old detached house with the luxury of a heated outdoor swimming pool, roof, table tennis table, an enormous garden with meadows next to it, so plenty of privacy. The house offered everything according to description. We had lovely weather so we could fully enjoy the garden. I read in a previous review that it is not super clean .... that's true, but it is also not a modern house. If there's something that bothers you or doesn't work… just give us a call. We just washed the dishes before use (I'll do it somewhere else anyway) and then you come a long way. We had a wonderful holiday.

Borlon is wonderful the peace and tranquility super! The house is super, everything is there. But unfortunately it is not clean at all, everything was dirty, you pay 95 euros for cleaning but it has not been cleaned for a long time, this is very unfortunate, because it is a super house with everything on and on. The kitchen was not clean, the refrigerator was dirty (outside) when you opened the velux, 100 dead flies came out, dead flies on the ventser benches, a thorough cleaning is more than necessary. It is not that the house was vacant because we had asked to arrive a day earlier and this was not possible because it was rented. Outside we saw different mice and rat droppings on Day 1, Understanding somewhere because you are sitting on the farm outside. but when we found droppings in the old part of the house on the window sills (inside the house) the fun was over. We also found a dead mouse in the bathroom and heard animals gnawing at night. Too bad that this beautiful house is so poorly maintained, again a good cleaning and regular maintenance and all problems would be solved there. Very unfortunate ... A complaint has already been made, we have sent photos but have not received any response from the tour guide.

Ideal for outings with friends. With a family or relatives, I still ask myself a few questions about hygiene. As can be read in the reviews earlier, this house has not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time! You get the gigantic amount of flies indoors for free. We had hung a flycatcher, which was already full after 1 day. This was a number of +-60. We killed dozens of them ourselves. During the entire weekend I think there were about 200 flies inside. Horrible! Also the (gas) BBQ was impossible to use. The grid was almost glued together from the fat and oil. There was almost no flame, because the pipeline was full of grease. Hygiene thick undermaats. However, the location was good. Quietly located, just 10 minutes from Durbuy centrum.Ook the pool was ok. This was heated, which in bad weather was still pleasant swimming!Price quality not convinced.

The house was nice, the swimming pool was a nice extra. rooms are a bit small for 6 persons, if there is bad weather, like we had a few days, you can get cramped up inside. Some of the doors/rooms could use some improvement. for example, the door to the attic could not be closed.
Like other reviews we saw that cleaning could also be a bit better in some places. the barbeque outside was not clean at all for example.
Al together, we had a good weekend at the house, but it need some maintenance for us to visit again.

The house is beautifully situated with an unobstructed view at the back of the house. It has a large garden with a swimming pool. Unfortunately, nothing had been done to the pool on our arrival (May 12), so the pool was very dirty and not heated and we were unable to use it.
The living room is small but cozy with two good sofas. Contrary to what we were promised, there is no television in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ample cutlery, plates and bowls.
Two bedrooms with 2 double beds. In 1 of the bedrooms there is also a bunk bed. One of the beds gave the feeling that you were not lying straight.
The cleaning left much to be desired in several places. The toilet downstairs in particular looks dirty with strange dried up stripes on the walls and yellow traces on the door and plinth.
In a part of the house there was an annoying pungent smell that hit our throat (mucous membranes) and eyes (stinging). Possibly caused by fuel oil? There was also an unpleasant smell in the upstairs toilet.
There was no toilet paper on arrival, keep that in mind!

Je n'étais pas du tout satisfait de la maison où je logeais.
1-) Il y avait énormément de mouches dans la cuisine, le salon et la chambre à coucher. Il y en avait tellement que je ne pouvais pas dormir et j'ai dû passer la première nuit dans ma voiture. J'ai dû aller acheter moi-même un insecticide et le vaporiser. C'était vraiment horrible. Il y avait des mouches mortes partout dans la cuisine, sur les assiettes et les verres, et personne n'avait nettoyé. Il y avait aussi des mouches mortes sur les draps. Je vous enverrai des photos Je vais également l'envoyer
2-) La maison était très sale, elle n'avait jamais été nettoyée. Je m'attendais à ce que les draps soient propres, mais ils étaient très sales. J'ai dû utiliser mes propres draps et la maison sentait très mauvais.
4-) J'ai vu deux cadavres de souris dans la piscine. La piscine était tellement négligée que je ne peux pas le décrire.
En général, c'était très sale, j'ai même dû faire le ménage moi-même le jour de mon arrivée, le jardin était très sale. Je vous partage toutes les photos détaillées de ces éléments.
