We were very well received by the hostess. Notwithstanding she was heavily pregnant, and even gave birth during our stay, she helped us to give information about the doctor and hospital after she was back home because our little one did not feel well. In the end it was not necessary. She was very committed. We enjoyed our holiday. Also nice environment. There is no wifi and only TV with local channels. But for us this did not have to. And since roaming in Europe has become cheap, you can safely download a newspaper and keep in touch with the home front.

The arrival was fine. After a long journey by car we already had contact with the owner on the way. Upon arrival, she was waiting for us at the really sweet, self-built house. It is cozy, we immediately had a good feeling about it. A piece of greenery around the house, close to the river that separates Croatia from Slovenia, in the middle of the national parks, where forest is also real forest. We have had all the service you can come up with, everything was or was arranged.

We were received with open arms when we arrived in Brod after Kupi. Thanks to a prosperous trip we were much earlier than planned at the destination. When we called to ask if we could get earlier that was no problem. So we could have been in our paradise at 1400 instead of being agreed at 1600 hours. The friendly owner made a clear tour of the house. Everything was present and if we needed something, call or send a sms and they would take care of it. The cottage has a very cozy cozy feel. It is on the edge of the very quiet hamlet of Golik. Extremely suitable for couples who like peace and nature. Surrounded by a spacious garden with a beautiful overcapacated outdoor kitchen, you can enjoy the day almost completely outside. Due to its favorable location, you can have breakfast in the morning in the sun. If you prefer to be in the shade, you can enjoy your breakfast in the overcooked outside kitchen. The view is fantastic in both places. Wooded hills of Slovenia. The rest of the day you can turn the sun or shade as you want if you want to stay home. The surroundings, however, are overwhelmingly green and beautiful. Zagreb, Plitvice Lakes and even Pula are within 2 car Hours to visit. Worth a visit Rijeka within 1 hour. Nature explored the bike, mountain bikes sitting at the cottage, super, by foot to the nearby Risnjak national park and to Zelen I Vir, The devil's gorge, the latter is literally around the corner, we have been 10 days, afterwards far too short, we will be back next year.If you are looking for a paradise, please do not hesitate. Brod na Kupi iis the place to be .

We really enjoyed our time here, The wooden house is both charming and functional, The kids loved the garden, and the adults appreciated the quiet atmosphere, It was a great base for exploring the area, especially the nearby hiking trails

A decent stay overall, The house was well-equipped and spacious enough for our family, The location is serene, but we found the nearest town a bit limited in dining options, Still, the outdoor activities kept us busy during the day
