Good reception. Friendly welcome. Well-tended accommodation. Clean and lots of conveniences in the kitchen. Very good bikes. Calm environment. No problems with residents of the other houses. Furthermore: beautiful walking and cycling routes. Nice brasserie with playground for children. also very good Friet Occasion Het Vosje.

Nice cottage, nice with young children. Beautifully demarcated garden. Bolderkar present for easy walking to the beach (+ - 10 min). Very quiet in the evening (we had nice neighbors -)). Good beds, everything present. Good base for visiting the entire coast (from De Panne to Knokke), also Bruges very close. Very satisfied.

Very warm welcome. A lovely house where nothing is missing, very suitable for families. Close to the beach, which is the nicest part of the beach compared to the other closest places. Furthermore, very nice that it is close to the beautiful cities, Bruges and Ghent is very worthwhile to go.

Good impression, - park and house are very well maintained - indeed not far from the sea but environment around park is less attractive. Garden is fenced and south facing Practical house with lots of practical material and everything is available in sufficient quantities Strand, De Haan very good accessible.Parking is free everywhere in the Haan center Child friendlyStipte, friendly and helpful owner!

The arrival at the cottage was good, the owner opened the gate and led us around the house. The cottage was clean, fine furniture twice. Small bathroom, but good shower. The holiday was a bit monotonous, but therefore nice and quiet. Very nice that you can walk to the beach.

The domain itself is very nice, house ok but outdated, is in need of renewal. It is regrettable that there is no freezer in the fridge for some ice cubes or ice cream for the kids.

The arrival was messy, because we were not aware that we had to call the owner an hour before arrival to inform us of the specific arrival time. The Belvilla papers only stated that we had to call if we were to arrive outside certain times. The owner himself could do little about this. Fortunately, he was on the doorstep within 10 minutes to hand over the key to us, so nothing but praise for that! The reception was also cordial. The accommodation itself is fine. Lots of cupboard space, all necessary kitchen equipment is present (incl kettle), crockery and cutlery is largely available. Stair gate was a bit rickety. No washing machine. However, a wagon to take to the beach. There is nothing at the park itself (no reception, no playing field for children). Beach and metro are approximately 15-20 minutes' walk away. Nice and relatively quiet stretch of beach. You can go hiking and cycling in the area. You can also easily reach other coastal towns by metro. In the summer it is very busy in the metro.

Friendly welcome, the house itself is very attractive on the outside, but on the inside it is a bit outdated and in need of a makeover.
For having to pay € 60 for cleaning, we had expected this to be a bit neater. For example: barbecue that was present was not usable due to the remains of food, in the house itself some dirt here and there.
Another small downside no freezer available.
Furthermore, the cottage is very quiet and within walking distance of the sea, we enjoyed our stay.

Friendly welcome from the owner. Spacious enough for 6 people but a pity that the fridge was so small and the freezer compartment was broken. The house could have been cleaned a bit nicer.

We are well into our sense had in Belvilla.Nummer 45 is a nice and comfortable house, within walking distance of the beach and the tram to De Haan, Bredene, Oostende is easily do.We had nice neighbors and of course it helped mee.De weather all week sun. In short it was absolutely great.

It was what we wanted to book. Biking and tranquility, escaping the noisy workday. It all depends on what someone wants and with us it was perfect 100 percent. Can you hesitate to recommend. Fingers crossed for us right at the top!

We had a lovely holiday cottage is neat. good location for trips etc. plopsaland the town fox lakes is not much that's a pity no nice shops & restaurants or something also unfortunate that the park where the cottage is so limited.

In terms of accommodation was all fine. Unfortunately, we were the first guests of the season and the cottage was very cold and damp. We have steady electric heating should almost get up and still did not get it wet road. Very unpleasant and high electricity costs afterwards. According to the owner afterwards showed that moisture huge problem on the premises, where the discomfort is. The bikes left to be desired. Had thought with z 'n celebrating to do some great bike rides but there were only two of the four bikes fit. Beyond to the bakery on the corner you had this not drive. 2 Despite these negatives it was still a nice holiday .

I came here to rehabilitate, to rest and to walk by the sea, really super. The house was neat and comfortable. Very friendly owner. Highly recommended for families with children because the sea at walking distance.

Spacious house with an attractive terrace. Well equipped. 4 bikes available. Located in a residential park with many similar houses. Nice landlord. Away to sea with bike in 5 minutes. Compared to small grocery stores. Ideal for family with children!

We had a wonderful week in cottage Seaside 45. The house is fully equipped. But also in the area is a lot to do enjoy cycling, with the wagon to the beach (10 min walk), shopping in Bredene, walk along the promenade in Blankenberge and the tram discover all the coastal towns.

The house is 45 and the Seaside Park is good. Soothes and transport safely. We (45, 42, 8) to hike. To Kust Tram Are there 15 min walk. The beach 2 minutes more. On the beach you can walk to De Haan. This is fun. We are driven by de Panne to Knocke. HORRIBLE! High-rise buildings, concrete block .... The section of Vosseslag to De Haan we would as the most beautiful bezeichnen.Die dunes invite you to picnic. Now the house. The bikes are botch. Rusty gears without function. Poor general health. The house is small. But it works. We were traveling with 4 adults + 1 child. The house is well equipped. The area is safe. The additional costs are NOT included in the price. CAUTION: The house heated electrically. Since it was very cold (0 degrees) we had for the current 100? pay. (For 1 week)! The water costs 20? So for a week de Haan 650? plus 120? NK = 770?. As it turns yellow .... a bit better. The place is also Vosseslag botch. The road is dangerous. Sidewalks in short supply. The bakery, snacks (only have 4 days a week) are within walking distance. The place is beautiful DeHaan easily accessible within walking distance of the beach or a forest path. (About 2 km) The landlord / owner are nice. This

We really did need a few days of rest and good air to sea. We have found here. The welcome was friendly and the house in tip-top. Definitely a must.
