The beer tap is decorative (does not work)

A cozy retreat in nature! The living room was spacious and had a lovely view of the surrounding woods, We made use of the barbecue facilities outside and enjoyed our meals on the terrace, It was a memorable weekend

We stayed here with a big group, and it was a blast! The house had everything we needed, The living room was super cozy, and the pool table was a hit! Plus, being close to Durbuy was perfect for our day trips, Definitely recommend!

Very spacious and clean! The bedrooms were comfortable, and having multiple bathrooms was a lifesaver, We appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which kept the younger ones entertained, Would definitely recommend this place for large groups

Most things still work fine, but don't have too high expectations. The house could use some attention. Faucets are leaking, toilets are constantly running, one of the windows is broken and protrudes dangerously, water in the hot tub smells. The pool table is nice, it's very spacious and perfect for larger groups. Kitchen facilities are great. In my opinion, the price-quality ratio is okay because I didn't find it expensive. There are also many fun things to do in the area.

The house was not clean, the dishwasher was broken and needed maintenance, in the living room there was an armchair with a broken leg. The glass of the glass door to the terrace was broken and only temporarily repaired. The glass shards were still on the ground! A large percentage of the plastic garden chairs were broken and dangerous to sit on. No locks on the bathroom door. No decorations in the form of paintings or anything like that. The furniture in the bedrooms was minimal (2 beds, 2 chairs, poor mattress). The BBQ was dirty. The outdoor hot tub was too dirty to use. We were repeatedly bothered by visitors who thought our house was the reception. Family English

Upon arrival at Résidence Durbuy, the fireplace, 3 of the 6 hobs, a number of light points and the TV (missing antenna cable) in our holiday home did not work. Several chairs appeared to be broken. Door handles were broken off. We were told this as if it was the most normal thing in the world: no excuses, no discount, just accept.
Although the general terms and conditions state that when the key is returned upon departure, the deposit will be settled at the counter, this did not happen and no news has been heard even after two weeks.
Durbuy and surroundings are beautiful. Unfortunately, we cannot say that about our stay at Résidence Durbuy.
