The house met our expectations. The exterior seems rather austere and not spacious When you enter the house you will be surprised by the large and cozy interior. The kitchen is well equipped. The view is breathtaking.We have not been able to use the terrace (end of February, less weather) but have put us all around the terrace doors for an aperitif. Simply beautiful view.The house is spotlessly maintained. The environment is one of the most beautiful places in the Ardennes, with visits to towns, abbeys, churches and nature.

It is an unwise beautiful location, very nice system to enter. The only drawback we found was that there was a pit in front of the house that caused unwise stench in the house if you had the windows or doors open. There is also much to do in the area and there is also a lot of information in the house. We have had a top holiday!

A fantastic house in a very nice location! A beautiful view over the Maas valley. Spacious house where we had more than enough space with 13 people to stay in peace. In the vicinity plenty of hiking opportunities and within driving distance nice sights such as Dinant, La Roche and Bastogne. The house is reasonably facilitated. Nice spacious bedrooms and good beds. Sufficient sanitary facilities and kitchen well equipped. The managers were easily accessible by phone and the arrival and departure are well arranged. It's also nice that the price is all-inclusive and there are no additional costs. There is also no need to pay a deposit. All-in-all we had a very pleasant family weekend in the Ardennes. In our opinion, this house is highly recommended in terms of price/quality ratio. We have the idea that we will definitely come back here again!

Good stay for a weekend away in the Ardennes. Some small things need to be replaced but we were not bothered by that. The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful and in good repair. There is much to do, see and experience in the area. All in all a great stay for a good price!

We had booked a midweek in January to walk and be together with the family. The house is well located for walkers and has a magnificent view over the Maas valley. Furthermore, the house is very spacious, soberly furnished, but with a large dining table and very spacious bedrooms with good beds. The kitchen is well equipped, but for those who enjoy good cooking, we recommend (as is usually the case in holiday homes) to bring your own knives. And of course a teapot! Belgian holiday homes almost never have a teapot and in this case a kettle was also missing, so making tea for 12 people was always a hassle. Minor details. We had a good time.

Clean accommodation, still looked new. WiFi password we got through by whatsapp. If we still would say something that we missed a barbecue tongs. Sun is the day on the balcony, so had two days to light the barbecue. #though life

Super house with stunning views. However, better maintenance and small investments would make the house super or fantastic. In the corner sofa, a cushion in the back was completely gone. The ping pong table was unusable. On the porch are 3 picnic benches that scream for maintenance. One of the two sliding doors cannot be used. With the sliding door that can be used, it is a flying back and forth of bees that nest in the door. The biggest problem was the stench of the drains in the showers, we got the impression that the water seal, which should prevent the stench, was not functioning. But the house was spacious and hot water was available enough to shower and "bath". We would have filled in the nomination fantastic if it had not been for the inconveniences mentioned.

arrived at the house we had to call first to be able to enter the house. The accommodation for adults and large children is fine but less suitable for smaller children. Little or no play opportunity .. outside e.g. no swing, sandbox or bouncy castle. Many things were broken in the house and this had already been reported by previous visitors. The environment is beautiful.

Hello, following this rental we found the house very clean, the rooms very spacious, the 2 bathrooms very pleasant. As for the kitchen, perhaps there is a shortage of glasses and plates for 10? The view is magnificent over the valley and the house lives up to its name.
However, a few unpleasant points: A permanent smell of very unpleasant rising sewers, a neon light in the garage which is about to fall, unscrewed door handles, one of the tables in the dining room which is unstable and which has its legs unscrewed (parts are missing), the balcony that we haven't used (afraid of going through it because as soon as we go there we feel it moving, the slats unscrewing and the railing that moves as soon as we rely on it) due to lack of maintenance.

Nice big house and well cleaned. Beautiful view and fun things to do in the area. Well equipped with the necessary equipment. Contrary to the site there was no bunk bed. So we had brought the wrong bedding for the children and bought it locally. In wet weather, the planks of the balcony become very slippery, creating a risk of falling. What is really a big minus is that there is a dirty sewer smell in the hall and the bedrooms. We immediately alerted the administrators to this. They have not responded. Because of the dirty air, this house is unworthy of Belvilla.

It was a beautiful house and the view was breathtaking. We had a nice weekend with the family. But the owner should pay some attention to the balcony. The balcony was slippery with green deposits and the same balcony was rickety, it looked as if it could collapse. The interior was also outdated, there was a large hole in the sofa. But other than these points of interest, it is definitely worth booking.

It is a beautiful large, spacious house. Beautiful view. Beds fine.
The surroundings are beautiful. Located very centrally for all kinds of beautiful walks. Enough parking space in front of the door for 5 cars. So that's great.
The finish is really a shame, lost the bathroom key.
A sagging sofa. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. No cozy decoration in the living room, which makes it sound hollow and an unpleasant space. That's a real shame, because the house could be done so much better.

The house was big enough, beautiful surroundings, but a lot of overdue maintenance. There was a nice big terrace with a beautiful view. This terrace was poorly maintained, there were 3 picnic tables together, and that was it. A parasol and a garden set would not have been a superfluous luxury. Now you only had 1 option to sit outside, and that was on a wooden bench. Not very comfortable
