The gite Cessigny is even more beautiful and comfortable than the photos suggest. It has been renovated and furnished with care and taste. It is wonderfully spacious and there are many beautiful large closets that contribute to the French countryside feeling. on the narrow side but are good.The kitchen is fully equipped.The shower room is neat and works excellent.The separate toilet is also comfortable.The huge enclosed garden offers a lot of privacy and shelter.The view through the gate is beautiful. The area is rural with beautiful views.Saumur, Abbey Fontevraud with a beautiful collection of modern art by the Cligman family, the cave houses, museum Rabelais, wine estates around Chinon and the many castles will not let you get bored.

Spacious rooms, everything is available that is practically needed. The furniture is old, but with French charm, so pleasant for us. A number of cupboards are still crammed and locked. Since we had a lot with us, it took a while to find the right organization. The bathroom is perfect, the kitchen equipped with all appliances needed, so fine. Maybe there is a thorough cleaning up of closet contents to create more available space

The arrival was a bit messy. Despite our e-mail with the time of arrival, the hostess was not present, and after a phone call revealed that she had not seen the email. Unfortunately she spoke no English so the conversation went something difficult, but it was all in all not a problem and the cordiality was great. A beautiful and great accommodations in a beautiful setting. Truly a must. Everything was there and clean (except the nooks and crannies, but where is it different?).

A nice and nicely decorated house! A fine kitchen, good beds and a fantastic garden. A good place to go with (young) children. The garden is completely fenced and there is a slide with swings. There is much to visit in the area, castles and vineyards for example. The arrival and departure went smoothly.

A very beautiful, old and characteristic holiday home. The holiday home has a beautiful spacious garden and a beautiful view over the French countryside. The area is very quiet. You only hear only the birds chirping and sporadically once a car. The house itself is comfortable and fully equipped. Research shows that the house must have been built in the 17th century. The open fireplace air is part of it and we have certainly not experienced it as disturbing. The ruin that is next to the holiday home (which you cannot enter) comes from the 14th or 15th century. to see. There are a lot of castles to visit and very nice walks from the house itself. recommended. We will definitely come back.

Nice location but very dark inside. The old furniture is also not for me, although they do fit. Good, modern sanitary facilities. Sufficient for 2 people, but definitely too small if you are with more people.

The apartment is nicely secluded and you have so much peace. The apartment is large and you have a whole farm on their own. Nevertheless it is centrally located for all tourist trips in the area. Especially enjoyed we have the individual equipment of the apartment with the furniture and the kitchen.

Despite the beautiful surroundings and ideally situated to visit many castles in the region, the holiday was a letdown. You enter through the smallest bedroom and a fireplace pungent sour odor coming from 2 fireplaces, meets you. Aeration is a dire necessity. During a cold period, this is not evident. The decor of this historic property consists of antiques, chunk ante and kitsch. Especially the sagging seats were an eyesore. The kitchen was well equipped and the master bedroom had good beds. The plumbing in the tiny bathroom can be renewed once after at least 30 years. It was entirely superficial schoongemaakt.De garden was dry and some desolate. You have to pay extra for the water you're not inclined to planters begieten.De former farmhouse was divided into two cottages, separated by a wall. You should therefore take into account noise and barbecue smells from neighbors. Part of the complex consists of garages, whether or not set with clutter.

A beautiful traditional apartment, personal and special furnishings. Fine cuisine and a nice large private garden (courtyard with barns of the former farm). The beautiful place is located near Chinon, with a fortress above the city (fun and interesting visit).

The house needs to see you more as a kind kamphuis. We have lot of fun but there including the beautiful weer.Op the first night the owner came out immediately that we had to be quiet, he would come once, otherwise we would be sent home worden.Nu we were busy with a game and we made quite a lot of noise but the way we were told that we had to be quieter allowed us especially tegen.Een more positive approach would have helped a lot. We decided to go but just to avoid nagging and then we heard nothing inside. We were not very warmly ontvangen.We had to pay € 100 for cleaning and therefore needed to wipe clean all yield the wastepaper bins emptied and make the dishwasher empty, which was a pity. The positive point is the garden where you have great room and the kitchen was fine.

Spacious charming old house in beautiful and peaceful countryside. Especially the rooms are nicely decorated and one of these rooms is spacious. However, it is a simple house without luxury. Bathroom and kitchen are quite outdated and once you sit in the furniture, you'll never get out (sagging). For people who are a little harder to bone, are the many attractive stairs difficult. Garden is lovely and large walled. Useful with small children. The road is really a piece at the house vandaan.Voor entertainment or just the messages you need some time away, but the cottage is a must for people to nature, churches and castles come.

We have had a wonderful holiday in this house. It's a great big house and the space there is delicious. Always the possibility to relax in the shade and that this year was also convenient because it was very hot 2 weeks. Because it's an old house with very thick walls, it remained cool in the house. The manager is very friendly and told us which was nice to go with all kinds of details in French with some English. We could relish the ripe plums from the plum trees, which belong to the house and raspberries. We made delicious plum jam. The grapes were not rijp.De inside of the house is very nicely decorated and very spacious, good old-fashioned, part of the house. It is fully equipped. A bit unfortunate that you can smell very strongly that the fireplaces are used. Many Skies is zaak.In Nearby, many castles, caves and zoos view. The house is near the principal road before the village of Lerné (approximatly 2 kilometers). The house is near an old tower visibly on the the road. This is the second house with the grey door.nnwith children I recommend you swimming pool with toboggan and water game in Avoine (13 km)nI also like the Bioparc of Doué la Fontaine (40 km)nmy favorite restaurant : Les années 30 à Chinon (10km)
