What a warm welcome! We came through many files, but were very warmly welcomed. The accommodation is exactly as in the picture's complete, neatly clean, new and spotless! The owner and his wife live next to the accommodation and immediately provided their details in case we would need them somewhere. That they themselves are the neighbors Does not compromise on privacy! The house has a good working WiFi and the house is well-kept, even though it is outside 30 degrees Celsius. The air conditioning is very well regulated in the house. The swimming pool is Clean and there is an outside shower. Further, everything you have in your own home is also present. Even towels, bath sheets, tea towel and paneling are thought. The drying rack has squeezes, the refill for anti-mildew in the socket Is available, as well as shower foam, shampoo, dressing box, beer and spa cold in the fridge upon arrival, extra toilet rolls at each toilet, basic messages etc. A footpath (pebble and sand) is located opposite the house A minute walk to the sea. You will then arrive on a pebble beach with beach tents where you can eat and drink and enjoy cozy music. Ice creams are also available. At the corner of the street there is a small supermarket, but we drove to Medulin (2 km) where you and Lidl and another big supermarket find. There are also various restaurants, bicycle rental etc. You have your own parking space (fit a big car, we were with a Mercedes Vito and had plenty of space) on our own site which was closed with a gate. We were with us Family (husband, wife and two children 4 and 9 years old) a week to have fun and have fun!

A very neat and clean little house. Actually, everything you need is there! I really felt at home. The pool is lovely, nice surroundings, and close to towns like Pula and Medulin. Friendly owners. We will definitely come back!

Very friendly welcome. Beautiful clean and modern home with good air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen. Wifi was less stable to the annoyance of my 2 teenagers. Very good beds. Quiet area, grocery store at 100m, very handy.

We have just returned from 2 weeks of vacation. You were kindly received by the house owners. We had a high expectation of this villa and it fully lived up to it .. The pictures speak for themselves it is a beautiful villa in a beautiful quiet omgeving.Kortom recommended for everyone.Alwin thinking about next year again books.
