Very nice stay. Spacious rooms, beautiful garden with a pool. Nice location near Montone. Cozy village where you can eat well. Beautiful surroundings. Irene is a very nice and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, spacious and very well-kept accommodation with a great pool and a warm and helpful hostess. The kitchen is partly very simply equipped and with six people a little more cupboard space in the rooms would have been great. Everything is sparkling clean and appealing. We had a wonderful time in Montone, thank you very much !!!

Meet the authentic Umbria. What a great holiday in a beautiful setting. Montone within walking distance, Perugia, Gubbio and Assisi within half an hour. The interior of the house is simple which fits well with the house. Great swimming pool. Owner only speaks Italian but is easy to understand even if you do not speak Italian well.

Vibe check: this place is a whole mood! The garden is perfect for chill hangouts, and the pool? Major summer goals, Cozy vibes inside too, plus the little terrace is just waiting for an afternoon tea sesh, Super close to some cute cafes for brunch and only a short drive to the lake, Makes for some insta-worthy pics, No cap, loved it!

Our stay at Belvilla by OYO Gherardi Balcone was fantastic! The house was spacious enough for our family of six, and the garden was perfect for the kids to play in while we relaxed by the pool, The location is serene, surrounded by nature, and we enjoyed a lovely picnic by the nearby lake, Highly recommend!

Nice spacious apartment in beautiful old farmhouse. Nice swimming pool with lots of natural shade. Very simple decoration including uncomfortable chairs and sofa. Montone is great with fine restaurants. Lots to see in the area and beautiful location of the house. Occasionally, nuisance from nearby dog ​​kink.

The house is spacious, both the living room / kitchen and the bedrooms and landing upstairs. However, a very basic interior and equipment. In the living room the chairs and couch were hard, so not that comfortable. In the bedrooms we found a nice desk in all three rooms. Only the closet space, both below and above, very minimal. A few shelves would certainly not go amiss. Wifi in the house was available for the most part. Rest outside was a bit more difficult to achieve. The garden is large, but you don't have your own place. The number of family and friends who also use the swimming pool is also greater. The owner is friendly, but only speaks Italian.

We enjoyed our holiday in Umbria very much. The accommodation was great. Beautiful, restored Italian farmhouse in which six apartments have been realized. The apartments are simply furnished. Because of the beautiful weather life is largely outside, we did not experience this as a disadvantage. The tip I would like to give the owner is taking care of some more closet space (in the kitchen) and a shelf here and there (in linen closet and in bathroom) to lose some stuff. In addition, we found it very pleasant that the accommodation provided for weekly clean linens (for kitchen, bedroom and bathroom). The communal garden is well-kept and large enough and the swimming pool is great.What concerns the accessibility of the accommodation. I do not think the accommodation is suitable for people with severe physical disabilities. The cottage is wheelchair accessible and the shower has a seat, but it has also been said. In addition, the field around the farm has many grass and unpaved paths (hard ground, but with stones). In addition, the site is rolling. For active wheelchairs with excellent strength, but for those who are more in need, I think less suitable. Umbrie has a beautiful landscape with many attractive medieval towns (Montone itself, Gubbio, Assisi, Spello, Perugia etc.). The people are friendly and helpful and the (mass) tourism is far to be sought. All in all, it is recommended for rest and authenticity.

The house is very basic furnishings, but you do not need more in good weather. There is a lot of green with a few tables where you can (among other guests) can eat cozy. The pool has a beautiful view of Montone and the other hills around it. We were welcomed very friendly and even could get a bigger house for the same price as it was booked by anyone for that week. The only downside was that (as we had a bottom floor) we could hear the family with kids and dog noise above us well into the bedroom, also "morning very early. But ear plugs do wonders.) The cottage is located a half kilometers from the small but beautiful Montone.'ve Perugia and many small towns that are definitely worth slightly further away. so it is a good base for a de-stressing holiday.

The house is located under the nice medieval town of Montone. You can get delicious (and cheap!) Drinking coffee at outdoor cafes, (ditto!) Eating in nice restaurants, Umbertide is located nearby, also a nice little town. It is a good starting point for tours in the neighborhood, even larger as Assisi, Perugia, San Sepoloro so on.

Although the accommodation is simple, not a "luxury" business as oven and dishwasher, and it also was bit dusty, we would recommend t anyway. The location is beautiful, nice seating areas in the garden, nice pool and concerns of Angela, the very caring owner. Nice is that Montone is 3 km away, a walled village on a hilltop medieval small street, and only a small piazza where the residents of Montone also meet.

Great apartment in beautiful omgeving.Gastvrouw is very friendly. We could even choose which apartment we wilden.Leuke villages \/ towns in the area such as Gubbio, Perugia and assisi.Wordt a bit cold in the evening in the postseason and the pool was not really schoon.Al in all great place.

We have intensely enjoyed this lovely property. The environment leaves little to be desired, beautiful landscapes with a wide variety of lovely villages and beautiful cities within a reasonable distance. Lake Trasimeno is a real must. Angela is also a most charming woman, nothing is too much for her.
