Beautiful spacious house in a great location
A lovely conservatory where you can enjoy the fantastic view.
Contact with the owner is excellent, very nice owner.
The house is complete. There is nothing missing.
Also fun entertainment for kids.
You can walk straight into the forest from the house.

Everything was completely fine in the house. Very clean and everything provided. Communication was very smooth and friendly. Check-in and check-out was hassle-free! The accommodation is also pet-friendly, we had 2 dogs with us and this was no problem. The large garden/meadow made this very nice for the dogs to walk around in. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, beautiful view, wonderful to wake up! Supermarkets nearby, just a few minutes by car. Many hiking trails nearby. Would definitely recommend staying here, we will definitely come back! ☺️ 10/10

Lovely house, with good beds, (sleeps wonderfully) large kitchen with oven and practical appliances, two clean bathrooms and a fantastic view from the conservatory and garden. BBQ and wood burner. That's all we need.

We really enjoyed all the facilities the house and the area had to offer. The quietness, spotting deer and boar from the balcony, the magnificent view, sun sets, walking trails, garden, play area upstairs and so many more. This house is extremely suited for (smaller) children, as they had a lot of fun with the small billiards, spotting wildlife and chasing around the house. Don't expect pure luxury, but it is all you need to have a successful holiday.

Very nice, clean house with a fantastic view, this is really an added value, and the silence. Beautiful walks, departing from within walking distance of the cottage. Everything was very clean, wood was ready, heating works perfectly. Be careful with the front door, if you don't lock it, it can blow open. In the kitchen we missed some cutting boards and some pans need to be replaced. Which was also a shame .... no lighting and heating in the relaxation room. Since it gets dark quickly now, we really missed this. All in all we will miss the view, the silence, the beautiful surroundings, the good beds.... Fam. Verheyen from Melsele

Large clean house with beautiful panoramic views of the area. House is fully equipped. Even in bad weather you can enjoy yourself well. There is a TV, pool table, table tennis and there are board games available. People who love nature can get their money's worth here. There are plenty of outdoor activities available nearby.

Very spacious holiday home, quiet yet centrally located. Ideal for excursions in the area to Durbuy, Bastogne, La Chouffe brewery, reservoir of Nisramont, ... Bakery around the corner and a little further also pharmacy and small food shop, all accessible on foot. If you follow the street higher up after 500m in a forest area where it is very quiet walking (depending on the route some serious descents and slopes). There are also several walking routes past the house. The walking route around Lake Nisramont is also very worthwhile, 13km but with spicy slopes and descents, so best only to be done in dry weather (bring a picnic because there is no drinking / eating place on the way) and the trip still takes 3 to 4 hours Beautiful view from the covered terrace with various sliding windows, also nice spacious play attic, just a pity that it can only be reached via wobbly staircase. Also some board games available. Kitchen is recent and perfectly in order, now also with senseo. Only the fire detector is unfortunate in the kitchen so that it goes off quickly when cooking, so we had to temporarily remove the battery when we cooked. 2 bathrooms available, basic but ok, one with bath and downstairs with shower and rooms downstairs also have sink, washing machine available. Beds were ok too, slept very well and spacious bedrooms. Since there are shutters, you can choose to sleep completely in the dark or leave the roller shutter open so that some light can pass through. Other furniture such as chairs and seats (cracks in seat upholstery) are gradually due for replacement, but this would be systematically renewed by the owner. turn into. We enjoyed the stay and are certainly considering coming back.

A particularly wide view from the conservatory, which really adds value to the house: enjoying the sun, while it is still too windy or cold outside. There is now lighting in the attic. The duvets are partly synthetic and partly made of down. The hinges and locks really need to be replaced: closing a door just makes too much noise and the front door was always open if you didn't keep it locked. Walks to the beautiful Ourthe valley can be made from the house.
