Everything was taken care of to perfection. we felt very welcome. The matches lay by the candles, Christmas lights were burning, it was pleasantly warm. Nowhere forbidden or mandatory texts, that radiated trust and hospitality.

Friendly people where we could pick up the key, and the first impression of the house was super cozy, very complete, so you never miss, so nice that there are three showers and toilets with 8 people. Fine view of the garden and you can sit at the kitchen table so wonderfully, while it is also wonderful to sit in the room next to the stove.

Very nice holiday home to stay.
The managers are easy to reach and very helpful.
The house itself has a lot of light downstairs and feels very spacious.
The kitchen may be a bit outdated but is well equipped with a coffee maker, normal oven, dishwasher and microwave.
We will definitely try to come here again!

A very nice house that has embraced us as it were! We enjoyed the warm welcome, the cozy atmosphere, the space, the beautiful garden and the beautiful location! At first I was shocked by how grubby it was (especially the kitchen cupboards and the bedrooms) so I started cleaning myself and then it's fine. Nice that there was furniture and toys for the children! Our son spent the first afternoon sorting all the games and puzzles so everything is fine again for the next guests! Thank you for allowing us to feel at home for a while in cottage Knook in our beloved Zeeuwsch Vlaanderen!!!

It is a wonderful house, especially the three bathrooms and toilets were nice for our company of 8 people. The garden was lovely too, 2 large trees and a large lawn + trampoline for the boys (10 and 16). The house is on a main road to the coast but this does not cause any inconvenience. Beach within cycling distance. Beautiful view over the fields. A minus point was the heat in the upper bedrooms, but the outside temperature was 30 degrees. There was also sometimes a sewage smell in the large upstairs bedroom.

This holiday home fully met our wishes! Excellent base for all kinds of activities. Vishandel "t Haringkje in Breskens has spoiled us as a caterer. The lady of the key management opposite the house received us warmly, her shop with curios is worth a visit! The owner of the house brought us a friendly visit after reporting of a negligible problem! Immediately resolved! Class! Recommended!

Nice location, close to the beach. Nice cycling paths if you are lucky with a tailwind you can go 20 km per hour. In Breskens took the ferry to Vlissingen which gives an extra holiday feeling. The garden is spacious with plenty of shade. A great tit also has a nest in the tree trunk and was busy looking for food. We enjoyed a fire in the evening in the garden. All around a pleasant holiday. Tip: The cushions could be a bit thicker. Furthermore, with that fresh air and many cycling, slept well. We'll definitely visit again.

Great location which fully met expectations. All facilities were available. Nice environment for city visits (the Netherlands / Belgium) and exploration of the environment such as (beach) walks and cycling. Plenty of catering available in the area. Owner was very hospitable.

Unfortunately, due to travel restrictions, we were unable to go on our vacation and all attempts to get in touch with Belvilla failed. The specified phone number and email address were not active. All letters to various other Belvilla email addresses remained unanswered and there was no help to rebook or answer questions. The online portal was not effective for our problem and we always came back to the start page. So for us a very bad customer service. Vacation canceled, money gone. The rating only applies to Belvilla and not to the rented house. We had a nice chat with the owner. Unfortunately, he couldn't help us past Belvilla.

The arrival, getting the key from the neighbors was well organized, went very smoothly. Nice people with a nice store, worth a look up. The accommodation was large enough for our party (8 adults). Some wine and beer glasses were missing, after sending a message to the owner it was immediately made up the following morning. We had a wonderful stay.

This gorgeous 5-bedroom holiday home for 8 people is located in Nieuwvliet in Zealand, close to the Dutch coast. With a private furnished garden to soak the sun and lie down relaxing, the holiday home is ideal for a large family or a group.
In the vicinity of the villa, you can go ballooning, bird watching, to the movies, gamble in the casino, take a day trip by boat or enjoy excursions by jeep safari to explore the beautiful local landscape.
