Unfortunately I found out that the house can also be booked through Ardennes online. At Belvilla we paid 1391 euros and at Ardennes online 1021 euros for the same house. I find this difference absurdly high. I will no longer use belvilla in the future

Very nice villa. Nicely isolated. Just the thing for a relaxing holiday. Nicely decorated. The kids also had a lot of fun. We will repeat that again. Staff very friendly and helpful.

What a wonderful house. We enjoyed it with our family. The children loved the pool and jumped into the pool every day after a long walk or canoe trip. The surroundings are fantastic. The house was also clean and equipped with every comfort. The only drawback I think is that there is no washing machine. For this price you can expect that and you don't want to have to go to a launderette with your laundry. Also top, have also enjoyed Mrs. and Mr. Otter in the pond that happily walked around in the evening. And Durbuy is the most beautiful town I know.

Beautiful house, pleasant indoor pool, especially when the weather is less good. It is a pity that in that price category you still have to lug yourself with rented sheets and with sorted waste, from and to the rental office at 10 km distance. Beautiful location. Good working sauna, very nice. Peace and privacy we could really appreciate.

A fantastic stay, nice and quiet location, with all the trimmings. Nice, clean and nice pool and sauna. Large terrace where you can relax. Even a beaver family in the pond for the stay. A few minor flaws, such as many user damage to service trays, dirty BBQ, etc. reported to the landlord.

Nice stay but our sauna was defective and the bill for gas and electricity was much more expensive than anticipated. This was not communicated well . It was already an expensive home in itself, so all those big extras should not be allowed and should be included in the price. For the rest no complaints

Been to this house for the 2nd time. It is a great house and the location is fantastic, quiet and nice for walking. Unfortunately, there was a lot of chlorine in the water that makes me and 2 more people "sick". Our eyes keep burning and our airways are badly irritated. (we hope that something is done about this)

Accommodation was good. Modern home with all comforts. Beautiful surroundings. Received stray. Gedoe about tour of the house. The landlord asks for many rules to be followed. This is a part of the holiday destination.

It is a beautifully tastefully decorated house and also with a very nice location, but still close to more entertainment for those who want to. What ultimately disappointed me was the price-quality ratio, especially considering all additional costs. The house was already pricey and that is allowed because very worthwhile, but all the additional costs made that I found the balance intense

Location was TOP, the daughter really enjoyed the pool :-) The house was superficially clean, but a "big cleaning" can sometimes be scheduled; dirty toilet seat, mold in the large trash can, grid for heating the pool spread an unpleasant odor, dirty pans, leftovers in the dishwasher, ... This took away the holiday feeling a bit. But thanks to the good location and the pool we still enjoyed our stay.

The location of the cottage is really beautiful ... quiet and cozy with ample parking space for the cars. The size of the house was really disappointing ... very small rooms with no storage space. therefore lived out of a suitcase for 10 days .. also far too little material in the kitchen eg there is an oven but there are no oven gloves .. very few kitchen utensils so waiting until the dishwasher is ready ... very small fridge certainly not suitable for the number of people who may be present ... and then we were not at all pleased with the cleanliness of the house ... you pay a fairly high cost for cleaning, but you also expect it to be cleaned when you come in and unfortunately that was not the case at all ... if it was possible I placed the photos here ... cobwebs and dust everywhere and under one of the beds stockings were completely covered with dust from previous holidaymakers under the other bed a lot dust and papers of candy even a package of baby bell that was eaten ... dust nets on the spots and in all corners of the room ... sorry but had not been cleaned enough several times very unfortunate ... the pool has made up for a lot and is also a real plus with the security door for small children which is super ... all in all we made the best of it in a pleasant company but will certainly not go back a second time

Holiday Home in Noiseux with Indoor Pool
This modern holiday home has 4 bedrooms and can house 9 people, located in the city of Somme-Leuze. Perfect for a group of friends or a large family the house has a pond in its premises.
The village shop (1km) can provide fresh bread rolls and on the Ourthe (1km) there is a nice sunbathing area in the summer. You can stock up your general supplies (10 km) from the house where as the town center is also 10 km away.
Well insulated house with an indoor swimming pool in the middle of nature at the edge of the village Noiseux in the vicinity of the Ourthe and Durbuy. Spacious living room with modern kitchen, lounge with wood stove, Internet TV / DVD with home cinema and PS3 and one children's room with bunk beds plus an extra single bed.
Train station is just 10 km from the house.
