We enjoyed it immensely, if I had to complain about anything it would be that there should be a fan in the house, it gets really warm in the house.
But despite that we had a great holiday!!

Great big house. Beautiful swimming pool, large bath and 2 saunas. Kitchen has all the necessities. Coffee maker, kettle and 2 refrigerators. We enjoyed our stay. We will definitely go back.

Arrival and reception was fine. The accommodation was clean and well cared for. The living room was spacious with lots of light and very nice fireplace, the kitchen was squeaky for a group of 10 people. Sleeping area is (with subtleties) not really suitable for 10 adults (5 couples). The surroundings are beautiful, house is single and very quiet, you can do nice walks / cycling from the house .....

Super located holiday home with beautiful garden and swimming pool. House inside not really modern but all functionalities present. Too bad for paying extra for the pool. Had a top holiday.

Beautiful house well equipped, but the cleaning frankly leaves much to be desired. The pool is very nice, the garden with all its little nooks and crannies is very pleasant too. A few more comfortable loungers or chairs would be appreciated. Despite these small drawbacks, we had a very enjoyable stay.

The house was clean. And with 3 children, the pool was great, especially with the high temperatures. It was warm inside upon arrival, but since we could open the windows, it was wonderfully cool in the evening. As a tip to keep mosquitoes away, buy a Vapona so you won't be bothered by mosquitoes when the windows are open.

We had a great weekend, only we were a bit startled on arrival that the garden (grass and shrubs) looked a little neglected. The playground equipment also needed a makeover. A very nice surprise was the jacuzzie. Furthermore, the house was fine.

The house itself was not really clean on arrival, lots of cobwebs and spiders, dusty and musty bathroom smell. Dishes and bags, cutlery and order drawer are not clean. Overall a nice location and a great and cozy house to stay with the family.

The arrival itself went smoothly the key was to pick up at another location, close to the holiday. However, we were told there that we still had to pay a deposit of 250 euros, that we had to pay tourist tax (as a tourist in our own country, no explanation could be given for that) and that the consumption was also extra (Almost 45 euros for a whole weekend, which is really on the high side). The house itself was a bit outdated, the oven could not be set, all doors squeaked and creaked, waking everyone up early from the first person to the toilet, the seats were not sufficient for the number of guests (and also sagged very much). The extra fridge in the storage room did not work. The description stated that there was a swimming pool in the garden. This is true, but the pool was super dirty and really not usable. The heating was very slow, it didn't get really hot inside. What is positive there were several coffee machines and a dishwasher. The shower had good water pressure.

Everything in the kitchen felt dusty and greasy upon arrival. The rest of the house was not fresh either.
Electricity in the house is very unprofessional, even unsafe. The fuses have blown several times during our stay, for no apparent reason.

The house itself is an ideal place to stay, but the maintenance is appalling! We see an extra cost of 100 €, but it was dirty everywhere. To the extent that we took the vacuum cleaner ourselves to clean all over the beds and remove dust web. If you then start cooking and switch on the hood, you will see the grease dripping from the hood. Long ago that it was cleaned. That extra cost is therefore pure profit. The house itself and certainly the garden would also deserve a makeover. The playground equipment is in a rusted condition. Everywhere there are broken elements in the garden. In short, a cash cow that you best ignore.

We stayed at "De Rotonde" in Somme-Leuze. Only after payment did it become clear that the house was being sublet through another company, where we had to pick up the key. Upon arrival, we immediately saw a working camera on the facade, aimed at the garden and the pool, which gave an unpleasant feeling. The house was seriously dirty and poorly maintained: loose sockets, urine stains on mattresses, dust and dirt everywhere, broken windows, a drop of blood on the floor, and an oven without control knobs. The pool was initially fine, but the filter and heating system broke down after one day. The owner refused to send help, and the rental company hid behind "force majeure." We lost a total of two full days calling, emailing, and gathering (photo) evidence. Only after much effort did we receive compensation through Belvilla. This house should not be rented out in this condition, especially not for this amount.
