Super friendly reception. Detailed explanation of everything.The house is equipped with every comfort. An original dining place. Very well equipped kitchen with all necessities. Many bedrooms with creaky floors where no one has problems. The kids have used a lot of the jacuzzi despite the rain. Just walking along the street, you are quickly in the woods.

The welcome was very pleasant. The owners were on the spot when I called them and everything was well explained. We thought the house was great. It is an old stable and therefore somewhat dark, but on the contrary attractive and nicely furnished. Similarly the bedrooms. We had a lot of fun with the pool table, the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The 2 saunas are also a plus. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious enough to work together on the meal. Highly recommended for large groups who want plenty of entertainment in and around the house (because the surroundings are beautiful too!) to have.

We have been to the town of Sourbrodt with our group of friends, including the children. We spent a midweek in Josephine's house and it was great. Good and nice reception by the owner and the house is large. There is enough space for everyone to do their own thing, but you can also sit alone at the long table with them. The kids loved the pool and we really enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. It is clean and tidy, of course it is not all new, but that is not necessary for me. We enjoyed and immediately booked again for the autumn holiday with the family. We are already looking forward to it again.

It was the second time we rented this nice big house for a family weekend. Friendly and clear reception by the gerants. Pleasant environment. We were 26 people, the youngest 1 year and the oldest 82 years. Given the varied pool table, play equipment, swimming pool and jacuzzi, there was something for everyone. Moreover, the house and the garden are big enough to give everyone enough space. Highly recommended.

Residence Josephine was a successful accommodation for our family weekend with 28 members. Due to the cold weather, we made extensive use of the indoor swimming pool and sauna.
It was also nice that our dog was allowed to come along, and on the old stable floor you don't have to worry about dirty feet or paws.
The reception and closing by Serge was very adequate and friendly. In the extensive kitchen we were able to cook with many people, although it takes a while for a large pan of water to boil on the old-fashioned electric hobs. Fortunately, the kettles provided a solution.
I dare not say whether it would have been as pleasant if the weather had been nice. Then we would probably have felt a bit restricted, because at every door, every window and in every room there is a notice that it is forbidden to open the door, make noise outside or play music. Apparently there are problems with the neighbours and you can tell by everything. A ball in the garden is also forbidden. When you confirm your reservation, you will receive a warning from the police as an attachment. Fortunately, a lot of things are possible and allowed, which is why we had a wonderful family weekend!

The house was in a neat and clean condition upon arrival. Swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were fine! The beds and bedrooms were also fine! The kitchen is ideal for a large group, just a pity that it is completely closed off from the rest. Just before arrival they ask if you want to order kegs of lager, we had done this, the beer was delicious and cold! We had a great time in the house, the youngest was 1.5 years old and the oldest about 65 years. There are indeed the necessary steps and steps, we have no hindrance there encountered. The check-in and check-out went fine.

I just spoke to the customer who has been in the home and they were very pleased. Was a beautiful house, pool was heated, everything functioned properly. It could have been a little cleaner. the only caveat is that the house has many height differences, stairs etc. It might be advisable to mention this in the description of the house that it can be difficult for people with reduced mobility. But they themselves thoroughly enjoyed this family weekend.

With our family of 25 people, including babies, toddlers, teenagers and adults, we had a great time in this house with swimming pool (30 degrees), saunas, jacuzzi, pool billiards and football game. Plenty of room, lots of bathrooms and everything very clean. Practical, large kitchen where our "cooks" could work well. Friendly welcome by the landlord. Beautiful area with many cycling and walking opportunities nearby. Unfortunately, due to the season, little use was made of terraces and garden.

We were well received, the house was large - a former barn / farm which gave atmosphere (but also many steps / stairs etc). In the area there is much to do hiking, mountain biking, cycling, boating, etc.
