Fantastic villa, we have never felt so welcome in a vacation rental! On arrival, nice music on, nice and warm (it was cold outside). On the counter a delicious bottle of wine and some tasty snacks. It was like coming home fantastic. The villa itself is great with all equipment. Everything works (we are used to different ...) and the whole was spotlessly clean. This villa is highly recommended and we thank the owners for this wonderful welcome.

Beautiful home! Lots of luxury and large garden! Unfortunately, there are a lot of ants in the grass, so everything on the grass is completely covered in ants, garden table and chairs...
Park is under construction, so there is little to do. We expected more from the beach.
We had wonderful days, also thanks to the weather.

Our stay at the holiday home in Colijnsplaat was simply delightful! The moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the charming decor and the cozy atmosphere, The living room was spacious and perfect for our family of five, and we loved starting our mornings with breakfast on the terrace, soaking up the sun, The whirlpool and sauna were a fantastic touch after a long day of exploring the nearby beaches, which were just a short bike ride away, We also appreciated the nearby shops for our daily groceries, A perfect blend of relaxation and adventure!

The cottage is fine. It was not clean when we arrived. There are also houses being built that are not listed on the Belvilla website or the park itself. The construction workers start at 7:00 AM, so you are wide awake from 7:00 AM and this lasts until 5:00 PM. I would personally wait until the park is finished so that you can enjoy your holiday. So I don't recommend this park yet.

Had the first day in house 56 total 3x power outage, which was very annoying of course. When calling the service number. was probably someone came within 10-30 minutes over to the cause of the incident go. Finally it turned out that was there at the heater. But it has immediately agreed to move us to the neighboring house.

Junior score for Clean: Outdoor terrace on t were both rather present the cobwebs along the windows and on the furniture, as well as bird droppings on outdoor furniture. Self-away bird droppings but requires a thorough turn. Pleasant weekend because it did not occur to us to report this to departure. <b>Aan Zee Holiday June '15<\/b> points are given to the owner to improve.

The electronic ventilation was very noisy for our roommate on the 1st floor and could not stop. One would have to pull the plug, but this was not considered by us in consideration. Moreover, the provided wireless was not working properly. Pity! Construction work in the park disturbed only conditionally.

We have 60 lived in house no. Very nice with great amenities. Plenty of space and modern furnishings. The two bathrooms are top and there is a even a "Sunshower", a wall panel with infrared lamps (heat) and ultraviolet lamps (if there is bad weather times ;-)). Hydromassage baths and sauna Luxury! We were very satisfied.

Too bad that two children count (13 & 23 months) than adult guests. Both are still sleeping in cots. We would have booked with friends for a few days, as we had 3 bedrooms. This was not possible on the Internet. make reservation (s) flexible ?! Cleanliness: relatively well. BUT: Dead beetle under KlobÃ¼rste !! Very dusty under bed & sofa !!

Lovely spacious cottage with all luxuries and comforts. The immediate area is nice; so from the cottage on the dike to the water, where a nice little beach made. Distance to the beach is also only 10 minutes, so too often been. Cute and pretty towns visited; Domburg, Goes, Goes, Middelburg. Highly recommended this cottage.

was passed incorrectly that we were with 4 people, we had only booked for two. For 4 persons beds were covered charged and linen. Originally, the key was still charged for 4 people tourist. This has been put right, the bed linen is not. But worse, the cabin was not properly cleaned.

Very nice house with first class facilities. Holiday Park is incurred even in. Of 70 planned units are only 10 finished. Nice location, sandy beach but very small, but with kilometers of running on paved promenade possible. For fall, it was ideal.

Superb apartment with wellness facilities. The park where the dwelling is part, is under construction. Yet we have not hindered by experienced here. Ideal base for exploring Zeeland. Quiet area! If you like to close stores, is the tourist area, perhaps less ideal.

Although we had expected a good comfort, but the house has exceeded our expectations. Everything was correct and the service at the place was very friendly and accommodating. Although this plant is still under construction and some construction noise can not be avoided, much thought has been given to the holidaymakers. A great holiday!
