I have been to many belvilla houses in Europe, but this one was the best. Excellent service from the house owner. The house is so clean that you can literally eat from the floor. Nice big pool, 2 refrigerators, 2 air conditioners for real hot days. Good private house, nobody sees you in and around the pool. And the house owner, it felt like we knew each other for years. Thank you Roko. In the future, I will come again..

We had a fantastic stay here. A beautifil cottage, with a spacious family room. The private pool which is maintained every morning before You wake Up.The owner is a nice, calm and friendly man. He makes his own wine, gros his vetgetables, fruits.We are terribly spoiled. The family die everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible.We had bad LÃ¼cken with our bus. On the day of arrival we already had some mail contact with the owner and he was waiting for us! The area is very quiet and you have a lot of privacy! Of course, the lovely swimming pool is the first to stand out. The best way to eat is to drive to the coast, where you have the most choice. In many restaurants in Benkovac you can only drink and not eat.

Friendly and helpful homeowner. House is an oasis of tranquility and has various wonderful places. A lovely swimming pool, large terrace, downstairs in the tavern is a great place to be. The entire complex has air conditioning. You can buy local products from the owner. It is wonderfully resting and not touristy. Your neighbors are Croats. Swallows fly over the pool and in the evening you can see the bats fly over. A wonderful house and great neighbors!

We spent two wonderful weeks in a charming accommodation, quiet and close to all major roads (5 min. From Benkovac and the motorway entrance, 15 min. From Biograd, 20 min. From Zadar and 1 hour from Split). The owner is very discreet and welcoming (we were able to regularly taste vegetables and fruits from his garden :-) The private swimming pool is a real asset. The house is fully equipped and has everything you need. Warmly recommend :-)

Very warm welcome. We received an email from the owner on the morning of departure. When we arrived there were, among other things. eggs, homemade wine, fruit and some goodies ready. The owners themselves live right next to the accommodation and were very friendly. We noticed that it was very clean and it smelled nice and fresh, the pool was also nicely cleaned every other day. The beds were fine but we found them on the small side (especially if you are tall). Another downside was that there was only a two-burner hob present where you could not put 2 frying pans on at the same time. In the area itself was not much to do. The cottage is really in a hamlet with a number of farms together. We thought it was fantastic that we heard the turkeys and goats roaming in the morning. The town of Bencovac was nearby, but that was not worth it, although a supermarket is just a 10-minute drive away. It was also a perfect base for trips to Zadar, Split, Plitvice etc. It was also close to a nice seaside resort, Biograd, this was about a 20-minute drive away, and you can park there cheaply or for free.

I really liked how spacious the house was and it was all well-equipped, The fireplace made evenings extra cozy, The host was friendly and checked in on us, which was nice, The nearby nature park is a must-visit if you're into biking or just taking long walks, Definitely would stay again!

It is a beautiful clean well-kept house. The pool is cleaned every day. If something is broken and you report it to the owner, it will be repaired as soon as possible. What is a pity about the house is that there are few or no hangers in the closet and too few hooks to hang your clothes while there is room for them. You really live among the local people.

We arrived a little earlier than allowed but that was no problem for the owner. His younger brother then gave us the tour of the house. We were first told by the younger brother that we could use the toilets at the bottom of the swimming pool, but a few hours later this door was closed, with the result that we always had to go upstairs in our bathroom to the toilet. local restaurant owner who was kind enough to make a phone call and fifteen minutes later the younger brother was at the local restaurant to guide us to the house. Super.The first morning the sun was already baking nicely in the sky and there was no parasol present, let the owner know and the next day one was ready. Super.The area was very quiet, a bit too quiet for us. Definitely recommended for those who want to enjoy absolute peace. What a letdown was, Sunday morning a fierce rain and wind shower over the village, resulting from 7.30 a.m. to 2.45 p.m. m mopping to keep the water out. It came under the windows, front door and through the roof. As a result, a lot of clothes and suitcases got wet. Let the owner know by text message and he has sent a local worker and his younger brother to come and determine this. Unfortunately we did not see any help for mopping. As a result, we could not undertake anything on Sunday to leave for another town because we did not want to return with the holiday home under water. Overall we are satisfied but we did not expect that we had to mop during this holiday. ðŸ˜
