On the same floor, there's a kitchen and another bathroom with a shower. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub (including a washing machine). Central heating is available (on request, at an additional cost). Wireless internet is available.

The fenced property is for guests' exclusive use, along with garden furniture and barbecue facilities (there's a gazebo). Secure parking and a small playground are provided.
