There's also an attic (accessible via steep stairs), where another bedroom with a double bed awaits. The house has a large, covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. Electric heating and a fireplace are provided. Wireless internet is available. On the well-maintained property (for exclusive use by guests) there is a summer swimming pool (open from May 1st to September 15th), a hot tub with a jacuzzi, a playground, and secure parking. The pool is surrounded by loungers and features numerous inflatable water toys. There's also a hammock.

The nearest lake, where you can cool off in the summer, is 1.5 km away, but it is more convenient to get to the water at Lake Stężyckie (3 km) or at the large, sandy beach at Lake Raduńskie (5 km).
